My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.

This vehicle was exactly what I was needing! I absolutely love it and I get compliments all the time. It is good on mileage, very low maintenance and the features are great.
Dealership, sales people, etc. were pleasant. Best service EVER when purchasing a new car.

This car has been reliable it is an eye Turner and it is good on gas. It even has giving me more confidence in my self. People treat me with more respect. I must say I have become a fan of Chrysler. Who needs a camaro... not me. Chrysler gives more.
I went here in November 2017 shopping for a new v8 challenger and came from vallejo. I went in telling them I only want v8 and I got these prices already so I wont go higher and came farther for same thing. So I told them I can get a 2018 v8 33k and a 2018 v6 24k or 27k. I ended up leasing the car 3yrs a 2017 v6 nothing in it I had to fix it up with tints pipes music . i mean not even updated navi but they still trying to charge me 37k . even if i keep it im not paying that when I clearly said up front what was what and still have the proof. So I will be talking with someone to show how they try to get over on people or how they get over. I mean this car is bunk except the color that is the only attraction..

At first I loved the car but after having it for 2 years I wish I would have researched it first. Since I’ve got the car the carpet in the passenger side flips down . Very cheaply made in the inside. The airbag light won’t go off the dealership tried to fix and and it’s still on. I’ve had to take it to the dealership several times due to engine problem. I’m scared to drive long distances in this car.
Didn't end up buying from them, but they called and emailed and generally bothered me for weeks.

This car is not a car that I would buy again. I had a few problems with it took it to the dealer 3 months later the same problem were back..: they fixed them again and haven’t been back but still not very happy..
We went to the Roseville Auto Mall thinking that they would have a big selection on the Fiats, they only had one color & style. Not very happy! Next day we went on the Web Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord and saw that it had more Fiats on the lot to look at. We meet Sidney and he was very helpful & went over the cars details with my daughter who was very happy! She saw the color she wanted. Sidney was the best salesman that we had encounter with. We would recommend him to our friends and family. Thank You again Sidney for a wonderful experience!

All my needs have been met with this car. From safety to ascetics, I am happy to own this car. I feel safe driving with my little ones in this car.
Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!
Now at 23,000 no issues at all.

The only drawback I can see is the limited rear seat headroom but that isn't an issue for me. V-6 is very powerful . Always starts on the first try. 9 speed automatic seemed odd at first but has "learned" my driving style and operates flawlessly.
It was my best experience, Very fast and easy. There was a sales lady she was really helpful.

I get a lot of compliments on my Chrysler 200 White Limited. It is also very modern with the Smart Key, Bluetooth Technology, rear view camera and auxiliary audio inputs. It is so comfortable, great with gas, sometimes I go so long without having to fill up, that I forget the last time I filled up.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
