I had a 13-year-old car to trade (very sad; love that car) and cash to spend on a new used car. Matthew was excellent to work with after searching online, finding one I thought would work, confirming its availability and then finally arranging an appointment and test drive. I felt listened to, understood and absolutely valued as someone important to him that day and the dealership overall. The whole transaction was smooth ??? and I wasn't the only one. It seemed to me that day that all of the sales people and customers were having good experiences. They must be doing something right! I would recommend Matt and Shortline without hesitation.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Erase any idea you may have of a used car dealer and its inventory and replace it with satisfaction, enjoyment, zero frustration and a buying experience like no other.
I had found Truck Kings from an ad online for a vehicle and went there to take a look at it. As it turns out they had 3 trucks that I was interested in. All 3 trucks were beautiful, straight and clean. Abe the owner of Truck Kings and I started discussing buying and trade options. Abe displayed a true knowledge of what he had to sell and was forward and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of each vehicle that we were in discussion about. His knowledge and honesty help me in making the decision as to which vehicle I would ultimatly purchase. During our discussion my trade in vehicle was in play and Abe offered me a very fair price on it. Finalizing our transaction I was left with a feeling like I had been treated well on the sell of my old truck and the purchase of my new truck.
There were a few minor items on my new truck that needed to be fixed or replaced and Abe said he would take care of them, he did so promptly only a few days after I had taken delivery of my truck. Abe is a man of his word, his word is his bond and he is a gentelman.

I'm in a chapter 13 and I went home with a beautiful vehicle. It was touch and go because I did need the letter of approval from the trustee. Came in on a Saturday looking for a new truck. Traded in my 03 duramax with 330k miles was thinking I was only going to get maybe 2grand but they gave me 3,500 for my trade in and within a few hours I was driving off the lot with my new love! Would definitely recommend them!
Slow to have a salesperson help us. Wouldn’t even walk us to the car, just pointed to the far end of the lot and said “it’s over there by the Carmax sign.” Sales guy didn’t listen to our needs at all and just kept repeating his script.
Friendly experience and never pushes me away if I don't make a appointment. Recommended what my car needs by the book no scarce technics. Also fixes my car in reasonable circumstances never wait to long.

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
