Wow! I have and will recommend this place to everyone I can. This was the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Fast process with our 2 kids was a huge plus for us. Had a play room available car was already up front for a test drive and every single employee met us at the door to introduce themselves. All I can say is WOW!
I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!
My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. Salesman Joey Powell assisted us as we test drove several vehicles and ultimately purchases a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. Joey’s patience, product knowledge and sales approach coupled with Chevron’s ease in transacting business made for a pleasant buy/trade vehicle experience. Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
Made the short trip (20 minutes) from Columbus to London and bought a new Ram pickup. This was the best customer experience I’ve had in years buying a vehicle. These guys are new to Central Ohio although some key staff are from the area. You have to check these people out....you won’t be disappointed.
Recently bought a used car and it surprisingly was a great experience. The salesperson was friendly and honest. However, my car did not have a place for my front license plate. The service department did an excellent job. It was a quick and easy fix. Would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Was having such a hard time getting a vehicle & something that I liked. This place was awesome & the people were great! They worked very hard to help me. I will be going here for any service the vehicle may need as well as future purchases..
The staff was awesome. It was my neices first car purchase. They were very fair on the price and there was no pressure to buy. The salesmen took a lot of time explaining things to her. The car was still under warranty and a factory warranty part had to be fixed. We went to a large chevy dealership where they tried to tell My niece she needed a part fixed before they would honor the factory warranty on another part. It was going to cost around $700.00 She called wheels to let them know what the dealership told her. They changed the part that really didn't need changed. It looked like new. Tots cost of the part $60.00 Wheels then told her they would take the car to the dealership and have the warranty part fixed. She is very happy with her 2013 chevy Cruze.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I am 54 yrs old and have bought many cars in my life. This is the one and only time I’ve ever bought a car where I wasn’t physically sick by my experience. Denny was pleasant and not pushy! He did everything he could to make my experience at his dealership as enjoyable as possible. From the moment my wife and I walked through the door we felt comfortable to test drive the car we ultimately bought with no aggressive pressure from him to purchase it.
The person I talked to was very interested in helping me get a vehicle but understood when I said that their location was inconvenient. He even offered to transfer a vehicle to my home to try it out. Very nice person. I refused at the time of my conversation because I had an appointment to discuss another vehicle in my area. I will consider this dealership in the future and will make arrangements to travel to their dealership some day. Lee
