Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled

Very friendly staff, worked with Miguel, attentive and accommodating. Nice variety of cars, willing to let you test drive as many as you like. No pressure to buy. Only downside paperwork took long time, come prepared with all necessary info.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Miguel was my salesman he listened to what I wanted what my budget was and picked a car out for me came in another day test drove car it and loved it. I actually felt bad with him having to deal with me but he was fantastic !!! Great experience would highly recommend this dealership. Never had the pressure put on me to buy anything. My salesman was Mr kyle Manley a young man that knows his job and is very professional.I would recommend him to anybody young or old.I wish him all the best in his career.God bless him.The guys in finance Department are also Professionals.But they made one mistake.And that was,after running my credit with their Bank(Chase) and didn’t like the interest rate that was offered.I should have been informed first before trying another Bank of their choice.I would have preferred PNC Bank instead because I have history with them( Mortage & Car Loan ) and my interest rate would have been far less than what they accepted from Bank of America.I will definitely be refinancing my car loan at a later time.Otherwise than that, I’m very happy with the 2019 Subaru Outback that I purchased.Thanks to the Management and staff at Faulkner Subaru.Happy Holiday guys.Mr Floyd
I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service. I went there today not looking for specific car but I New these guy would have or find me something that fit my needs. No pressure family feel is why I returned. Everything up front no games and help me with a loan with not so great credit after so problems. I would come back and absolutely recommend. Also thanks for champagne guys!! Smooth buying experience, they have a large selection of vehicles for every budget. Max was my salesperson and there was no pressure involved. He showed the car and answered all my questions. I walked out with a brightly detailed low mileage 2014 Yetta for my daughter. Couldn't have been any smoother.
Had a great experience with the entire team. Cars were represented exactly how they are on the lot and they made the buying experience very easy -- no pressure -- felt like I was buying this car from a friend. Would definitely recommend this dealership and would have no reservations about going back.
The only issue here was with the Finance guy Igor. He was professional but not as responsive as needed which delayed timeframe it took to pick up car. That being said Mike Jones ( Sales guy) was very helpful and stayed in constant communication with me which was helpful since I was traveling 3 hours to dealership. I took the car to Mercedes and was told I needed an alignment other than that everything else was fine. nothing major. they also have a 5 day return policy which made me comfortable. I am very happy with the car the only issue is the car did not have a full tank of gas which I caused me to have to stop at the gas station after I left.
My wife and I are in our Golden Sixties, so we know that life does not move in a straight line, things and life are not perfect—and mistakes can happen. The most important factor is how can you positively change, learn from and correct mistakes and issues. There were issues with the Acura RDX 2011 automobile we purchased with $9000.00 of our hard earned cash money. After some consumer complaint letters written and negotiation, we were elated that Mr. Igor A., F&I Manager and Mr. Robert Stanca, Sales Associate of PA Auto Sales did the right thing and stood behind its product and placed us back whole and remedy the issues by making the necessary repairs: reimbursed money for a brake pedal cover and second keyless remote device. In addition, the Turbo Intercooler and armrest cover were repaired. The Acura RDX 2011 was a gift from my Beloved Wife for my 65th Earth Born Day Gift (Bless Her Soul—Now and Always—I am Blessed to have a Good Wife/Woman).
We gave the Acura RDX 2011 a personality and name: Mr. BBC (BlackBlackCar because it’s exterior and the interior is Black, and so are the Owners)—(: Smile :).
