We had a good experience here. There was the typical wait time to get into finance which is normal. We got a great deal on the almost new Jeep (4600 miles on it) that we bought with their Black Friday internet price. Thank you for being so easy to work with!
Tyree Bean & Gabe Madrid worked so hard for us on a cold, icey day. They made sure they had the car I requested ready to test drive. And even had the patience to let me test drive 2 other models just to make sure. The while staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of these two very young men. They were easy to talk to. There was no pressure, just blunt honesty. Allen the manager was also very helpful during our purchase.

I have to say I went in to the dealer thinking that NOTHING was going to go my way. Early in the process I reached out via the internet and received a call as I requested, doing business with text just doesn't work for me. Chris Meachum called and asked me all the right questions and suggested we "work the deal backwards" due to my credit situation that many divorced, single parents face. I agreed, set up an appointment to meet with Chris, but I still had serious doubts about what the outcome would be. Chris and the finance team ran my credit and recommended a vehicle I was actually interested in, the 18' Jeep Renegade. I was actually surprised as I thought with my challenging credit situation I would be stuck with pre-owned which wouldn't be bad but I prefer new with a warranty. The guys worked really hard to get my deal done and I was blown away at what they gave me for my trade (more than expected) and when I got to finance with Lucas Keenan I was even more surprised that my payment was $30.00 a month lower than I agreed to; I used this cheaper payment to purchase an extended warranty. I am extremely pleased with how I was taken care of and the level of effort put into earning my business; this was by far the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. Customer service is very friendly, helpful and genuine. I went there just to look and get an idea of what I could afford and Garrett was very helpful. He understood what I needed and kept an eye out for me. A week later he found what I was looking for in my budget and I now have a great vehicle!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Awesome dealership and sales staff. Tony was very friendly. Never felt pressured. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them!
