Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
We went to Salem Volkswagen for a used vehicle which was listed on cars.com. The sales people were very knowledgeable, showed the proper interest in us as buyers and applied no pressure on us to buy something that day. Between phone calls, emails and our visit to the dealership, I was very happy with my experiences with them. I didn't end up buying the vehicle I went to see but would go back without hesitation if I saw something online again.
Purchased a new RAM 2500 truck from Withnell a few months back. Buying process was a breeze and they took good care of me from start to finish. Shout out to Trevor in sales for his excellent customer service and lack of sales games. Brought the truck in for its first service and the service department took great care of me as well. Would recommend this dealership.

The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. Went in for service on our 2011 Laredo Cherokee and was immediately assisted and greeted. George in service was great and didn't give us any run around. We then continued to walk the inventory as our car was being serviced, we met James and he was super friendly, he invited us to look at the newer Grand Cherokees. Even though we were not in the market for a new vehicle, we continued to work with James for the next few weeks. He sent us info on new and preowned Jeeps through email which gave us a chance to research them. After we narrowed it down to the exact vehicle and were able to come back in, James was out but had asked John Freeman pull it up, wash it, and had it ready for us to look at. Needless to say the experience overall was the best, we absolutely love our new 2018 Grand Cherokee Upland. I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
