I went here in November 2017 shopping for a new v8 challenger and came from vallejo. I went in telling them I only want v8 and I got these prices already so I wont go higher and came farther for same thing. So I told them I can get a 2018 v8 33k and a 2018 v6 24k or 27k. I ended up leasing the car 3yrs a 2017 v6 nothing in it I had to fix it up with tints pipes music . i mean not even updated navi but they still trying to charge me 37k . even if i keep it im not paying that when I clearly said up front what was what and still have the proof. So I will be talking with someone to show how they try to get over on people or how they get over. I mean this car is bunk except the color that is the only attraction..
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Got help from Alex. He was friendly helpful and answering all my questions. I ended up buying an infinity SUV. I’ll be recommending this dealer to family and friends and For sure I’ll be going back to buy more cars.
I was refereed by a friend to this dealer and I went to purchase a SUV from this dealer, I called them and made an appointment with Mike and when I got there he had the car ready for me to test drive, he answered all the question that I had with best of his knowledge, once I decided that that I would buy this vehicle we went inside the office and he explained everything for me and once I agreed with the deal than I went to finance department and they got me the best Interest rate that I could get. I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
We recently purchased a used car and everyone was very helpful in the approval process. We did have to inconveniently come back a couple times for paperwork but as long as they kept us in good communication, which they did, everything was fine. Pasha sold us the car and Zack helped us finance it. They were both great.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
This dealership is for the serious car buyer. It's tucked away in a light industrial area of Pleasanton. You get the impression the owners are serious car buyers/sellers. I found a replacement car for one that was totaled in an accident 6 weeks earlier. Rob bought the car from auction because he saw the value the car offered and knew the right purchaser would come along. He was right about the color of the car - Montego Blue Metallic - you either love it or hate it. I love it. The car had all the options I was looking for. I felt respected and taken care of throughout the purchasing process. I highly recommend and would definitely buy from him again in the future!
