I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him before and I've been coming to this dealership for many years. About twenty minutes later, Nick advised me that the oil change as well as other inspections and services were completed. He also advised me that my tires were wearing on the insides and that a four wheel alignment was needed to correct the issue. I was so impressed at how well he explained, in detail what the problem was. Normally I wouldn't have accepted this advice, but I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and asked him to proceed with the repair. In addition to thoroughly knowing his job, Nick was exceptionally professional. I was so impressed, I made a point to tell the General Manager of my experience before I left. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I had a great experience at Driver's Select this past Saturday. I worked with Charles McCormick and I couldn't recommend him enough! He was very personable and knowledgeable about each vehicle. Blair does not stand by the vehicle he sold me. The transmission needed repairing, and he said everything else was fine. I've had check engine light after check engine light. Failed sensors. The transmission after his friend's rebuild shifts like crap. Tried to get help under his 6 month guarantee on the transmission, but he told me not to contact his friend. He did everything he could to prevent me signing up for additional warranties. When I contact him for help he says it's an as-is sale and i'm SOL outta luck.
I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
My car had computer and electrical problems. I needed a new car and it was late. Dayshawn Green and Tony stayed late so I could find and buy the perfect car. Thank you!
