We bought an older vehicle that had substantial issues in the first year. Since Majeski had a great reputation until then, I brought the issue to the Sterling store management and then to Greg, who was surprisingly concerned and sympathetic for a large business owner. I won't put him on the spot with specifics. I will say he made a correction for us, apparently just because he wanted to, as he didn't have any legal obligation to do so. I was ready to write them off because their claim of quality vehicles seemed to overpromise. In the end, our experience is that Majeski has good customer service and good vehicles and even when a dud slips through the system, they aren't just going to leave you hanging. To me, THIS is why you pay retail price instead of buying from a stranger off the internet.

I have purchased 3 trucks from this dealer and every purchase experience has been great. Not only were the trucks reliable and in great shape the price was great too. And seller worked with me on price when I didn't have much money. As long as I keep getting treated nice by this Dakota Auto Sales they will always have my business.
I'm a tuff customer. I have purchased many cars. This was by far. the fastest and smoothest car buying process to date. I was more impressed by the staff coming in early that day. To accommodate my schedule. I would recommend Dave. Very good communication and response. I would not think twice about buying a second vehicle from here. I live two hours away.
I highly recommend seeing Andrew Meyer at Wallace of Bristol if you're in the market for another vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted/needed. He was personal, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing or pushy. All of the staff was very friendly to work with from start to finish.
Kelly Adams and Bev Cain made our experience very positive. The last time were were car shopping was when we bought the PT Cruiser that we traded in. We left without some of the items from the PT and a quick call to Kelly was all it took. When we returned with our cashier's check the items were in a bag waiting for us. We only received one key and one valet key. But once again a quick call to Kelly and our key will be waiting for us when we return the Forrester for the new windshield. (The windshield is cracked but will be replaced as part of our transaction, no charge. Plus we get a loaner car to use.)
