Great people at this dealership. Just wished they took car of their cars more. Bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty and in 4 days my powersteering went out. Now within a month now i have something going on in my reer. Constant sqeaking and Scrapping sounds. These cars sit for a long time and dont get moved very often. So they just catch rust.

I purchased my LXI with 85,000 miles on it nearly 11 years ago. It now has over 200,000 and runs beautifully.
Repairs have been very minor. There is no reason to trade. I would take it anywhere.
My experience with purchasing a used vehicle was the best. They were very cordial, friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great inventory of vehicles to choice from.

I bought a new 2000 Lxi after owning Hondas for 23 years. I took the plunge after renting a Dodge Stratus, knowing it had a Mitsubishi engine. The car has been good, comfy & dependable transportation until this winter (2010). The thing stopped running at a busy intersection. A local shop replaced the computer & the distributor assembly, which houses the coil. It's back in black, but there are some nit-picky things I don't like: 1) visor clips break every couple of years at nearly $15 each, 2) the 6-CD changer went out after 5 yrs & is quite expensive to replace, 3) all the rubber grease boots on the struts wore out just out of warranty, 4) replacing the back 3 spark plugs costs a couple of $hundred in addition to the $20 for the plugs, 5) the trunk seal fell apart after dragging several heavy things across it. I now have > 132,000 miles on it.
Great buying experience, great team, including Chris and Lill in service and Wayne in the body shop. Love my continental. Someone hit it when it was only 6 mos old. You think it will never be like new . . . 18 mos after repairs and it's still driving like new. I'll purchase from them again!

if they make the interior styling a bit better, and make a newer model, I would probably buy it. But otherwise I think it is a pretty good car.
I went in today and looked around. I wasn't ready to buy yet and told the dealer. He still took the time to walk with me around and show me different vehicles they had. I didn't expect someone to take the time they did once I told them I wasn't ready to purchase. I'll return when I'm ready. Very impressed.

I think they Chrysler should have continued making the car why they stopped I don't know maybe. They will make a similar model
Today the guys at Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa really saved me. My 2 yr old Lincoln MKZ was showing low battery in the key so I decided to change the batteries in both key fobs. They came apart easily but over 2 hrs later a total of 4 intelligent adults were unable to put them back together, so I am thinking I have to drive all the way into Knoxville to the delearship where I purchased the car. I had company coming and really didn’t have time but my car was useless until I did. So I jumped into my old Ford truck and took off. On the way I passed Ole Ben Franklin Motors so I thought why not try to see if they could do it. I walked in and explained my problem and the first guy asked if I bought the car from them. I said no and he said OK and went right to work on the fob. After a couple of minutes he decided there must be some trick to it and walked me over to Tom Weiss the general manager. Tom immediately smiled at me, took the fob and went to work on it. It took him about 4-5 minutes but he got it together and handed it back to me. I thought I may be pushing my luck a bit but took the other fob out of the bag and asked if he would do that one too. It was in 4 pieces so soon a delightful young named Mitchell walked up and between them both they got the second one back together. THANK YOU TOM AND MITCHELL for your graciousness. I was treated like their best customer ever even though they knew I had never purchased anything from them. They are the kind of people I love doing business with so I will give them a try the next time I need a car.
best money i ever spent

Bought a 2000 chrysler cirrus used in 2002. Still have it with 252,000 miles. The amazing thing is besides tires and brakes are the only money i have put into it. I have put on hard miles and am buying another 2000 chrysler cirrus with 75000 miles at a very good price and hope to get another 150,000 miles out of it.
Buying a used car generally sucks. These guys made it much easier. Pleasant to work with, accommodating, helpful. Sean made an otherwise stressful task so much easier. 10/10 would recommend.
Most reliable cat I ever had

I bought mine new in 1997 and kept it until 2015 ...eighteen years
No major problems ; just the regular attention after ten to twelve years ..
The last thing it needed was a cooling system drip, so rather than sink a thousand into an 18 year old car I put the thousand toward a new car
A great place to buy vehicles the staffs are very professional and well organized not only that. They're really care about customers best interests and ensuring that you walked out there happy.
A very good car...

I had a Cirrus which I purchased new in 2000 and drove everyday for nearly 8 years. I had no mechanical problems at all. I changed the oil every 3,500 miles and replaced tires and the battery once. I had 135,000 miles on it when I traded it for a new Chrysler Sebring. Although the Sebring has some great options, I really liked the interior design and trunk space of my Cirrus. Very reliable car!! Great sound system!
Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.
take it from the guy who has owned 4 of these cars

ive had 4 of these cars, and everytime I sell one I end up making money on it. they do run forever if you maintain them well, they have lots of space inside for a midsize car. I can put 3 baby seats in the back seat (not many mid size cars can do that) the best part of the car is the Mitsubishi engine - do not get the Chrysler engine in this car.
