I did an extensive internet search for the exact car we were looking for and Royal Moore (along with 3 other OR dealerships) had that car. Royal Moore had the best pricing hands-down. Zach Rangel worked with us over the phone to work out the sale and access our trade-in from afar. Compared to the other dealerships I worked with Zach was the best - he wasn't too aggressive, didn't call me 10x a day, was straight and to the point. When we arrived at Royal Moore to pick up our car, we worked with Golda, Nick Lee & Nate in finance. I would say our only complaint was that it took a bit long to work through the finance end of things - but we did purchase through a business (which they said takes longer). There also was some confusion / miscommunication about the interest rates, but in the end it all worked out. Overall, great pricing, great people, fair trade-in value. Thanks!

I Love It. A lot of inside room , drives great . Loved my Dodge Caravan , had 4 of them but just wanted to try the Chrysler Pacifica van and so glad I did, it’s great.
Just don’t like small cars that are low to the ground and not a lot of room to move around.
I have 2 growning kids who need a lot of room and comfort.
Love he heated seats. And the backup camera.
The third row seats fold flat so you have slots of room for moving large items.
Jeep runs great. I really liked my mechanic rep. She was very knowledgeable about the codes and what was needed and could explain easily the problems and the solutions. The mechanic that did the work did a great job and only did what was needed for my repair. I trust their honesty and good work and will continue to use them as I get more things coming up in the future on my Jeep.

Love the looks of my van. Hate that this van has a hard shift problem. Been back to dealer several times, Chrysler states this is a normal condition. Nothing normal about driving down the road and almost getting into an accident due to car losing power then jerking into gear. Van is back at dealer hopefully for a fix this time.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

I LOVE the look of it. I wish it has more storage spots if you have to stow the seats there is no where else. The main reason for this review is to hope some one at Chrysler sees this and fixes one big thing. I got stuck today, it would have been so much easier to use the winch on the jeep that came to my rescue but there is NO WHERE to attach a tow rope or cable.
Good dealership, appropriate for the price range of the cars. I had an excellent experience there and Salesman, Alan Bradway was great to work with.

Really like car! Very comfortable and easy to load luggage when traveling. Easy for mobility challenged people to get in and out. Children love screens on back of front seats.
Handles well on hilly and curvy roads. My salesman really helped me get a vehicle that works well for me.
So far love my Jeep! From sales to finance everyone was efficient and helpful! Great experience overall. Price was competitive and there were no surprises!

This car has met our family's needs. It is comfortable with lots of leg room. It is versatile with the extra 8th seat in the middle bench. The only complaint is the storage in the center council to secure things from moving.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it.
The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep.
I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total..

The Pacifica looks nice. That's it. Extremely problematic from the get go. In and out of the shop every 2 months or so for different issues. Got rid of it after 18 months even though I took a huge loss.
I went into look at a Subaru Legacy which I did not care for however I did see one I did like and after the test drive and 2 minutes of negotiation we had a deal and I was out of there 20 minutes later. They were all very friendly and helpful. The process was very easy and no pressure was ever felt.
This was my first time ever going to a dealership and Luis made it very simple, fun and exiting to get a new car. Luis had such an amazing and fun personality, there's no way to not have fun searching for a car with him. He walked me through the basics and showed me cars that work for me. I realized you can't just pick a car by looking at a picture, you actually have to sit in it and drive it. I didn't think I would like the Jeep Patriot but I ended up falling in love with it after the test drive! I'm super happy with my new car!
Sergio helped me with understanding the paperwork and explained every single paper that I was signing with precise detail. I was very worried about what I was getting myself into but with his helped I felt more confident and less worried about the application process. He made sure to have everything correct like double checking my credit application and correcting my gross income. All together everything went well. Although it is a bit of a drive for me it was worth it and I would totally recommend them to any of my friends!
