Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
I found a vehicle online and was contacted by one of the sales staff. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was extremely helpful in answering questions. I live several hours from the dealership and asked if they would meet me halfway to complete the deal. I've done this in the past when purchasing a vehicle some distance from my home. The salesman instantly agreed, saying that wouldn't be a problem. As we negotiated for the truck, the salesman was quick to respond and went above and beyond in answering my questions.
I must admit, Lagers has changed, and definitely for the better. Great car buying experience, respectful and honest. I honestly enjoyed the car buying experience from my hometown dealer. Ashley, Leah, and Michele made this honestly pleasant.
To those who gave poor reviews, 1 simple suggestion: strong willed and driven people treat you like you treat them: show some respect, you'll get it back.

Just bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler through Sam Leman of Peoria. We had the pleasure of working with Tim Cannon for a second time. Polite and courteous as always. He had our vehicle transferred over from Sam Leman in Morton. We were in and out quickly and easily. Will definitely be back as long as Tim Cannon is there!
Our salesman was very easy to work with though it was a busy Saturday and we had to 'share' him with other customers, so it extended our time there. We also did not get a walk through on setting up our Sirrius radio, phone pairing and the like. We were pleased with the negotiation process, available stock and test drives. We just wish we wouldn't have gone on a Saturday.

My daughter recently bought a car from Don Marshall in Decembert 2012. She highly recommended that I check out this dealership before looking anywhere else. I was nervous to buy a new car but I have to say that Fred Owings worked well with me. I did not feel pressured to buy a new car. I appreciate him being patient with me through the process. I'm very pleased with the deal I received.
I shopped for my my new 2019 Ram 1500 in PA, NY and OH. Great Lakes was by far the most professional and easy to work with, no games. Absolutely professional Jake and James are the best . Thank you and looking forward to buying from you again. Definitely worth the 40 minute trip from Erie.
