Our family have been loyal customers of German automobile engineering for decades. Ryan is one of the best salespeople this dealership has. He is a very technical person and he definitely knows his cars. He explained to us almost every question we asked in a technical perspective. We were to 4 other dealers before this dealer and thought this dealership would also push us towards buying their car but these people are really nice. They didn't try to force us in taking their car but rather helped us understand exactly what we were looking for. Starting from the Email from Lori till the purchase from Ryan and Robert, my experience was very smooth. Robert is definitely a nice manager as well. We ended up buying our favorite Honda Clarity from this dealership...:)
Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
