Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. No two people are alike but it???s a very comforting fact that I know who I???m going to ask for when I come back to Huffines Dodge

After three weeks and multiple test drives at multiple dealerships, accompanied by sales pitch after sales pitch attempting to force me into just any vehicle and not the one I specifically was in search of, I reached out to Huffines in Lewisville. Before ever stepping foot onto the lot, the general manager sent a few cars listing their attributes. Upon receiving them, they invited me to come in and Terry presented the 2018 Jeep Compass of my dreams. I was sent the upfront, true no haggle price and once I arrived test drove the vehicle. They provided a full Carfax detail and I feel like Terry and the team at Huffines went above and beyond my expectations. The general manager spoke to me first removing all pressures to buy. Terry spent quite a bit of time with me and even their finance team was very informative and easy to understand. This being my first car purchase, I can't thank the entire team enough for such a positive experience. I will be referring more of my friends and family to Huffines for the unmatched level of service.
Larry was our salesman via the internet. We located the vehicle and it was more than we ever hoped for. It trumps a new car! Larry answered every question, was courteous, timely, and knowledgeable about our vehicle. I would definitely purchase from Huffines again!
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

I posted previously about my experience with Frisco CDJR. Since then, Paul Failor and Vinny Attaguille addressed all of my concerns and earned my business. Mistakes happen and we were able to work through the issues. I would like to amend my previous comments and share that the leadership of Frisco Dodge Jeep does take an active interest in their relationships and given the time & opportunity to discuss them, they will do right.
These guys did everything possible to get me into the the car that I wanted from the start! It wasn???t easy as a first time buyer but they did the necessary leg work to get me in the car I wanted and make me a happy Jeep owner! Couldn???t be happier with outcome! Thank you!
The sale manager Zack set me up with Adam Ortiz and Adam was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in helping me through the process. Even after the purchase he came to my home and went over the truck and explained everything to me and even helped me set things up. I would defiantly recommend Huffines and Adam to anyone looking to make a purchase.
Only reason I gave 4 stars on facilities was because here very small and don’t have much room for parking. I want to do overall 4.5+, but that’s not an option. Only reason for half point is because I asked for two things and had to pay for one myself and the one they did pay for was late. Overall, genuinely good people and family oriented. I recommend Mia.
I bought my 2000 Tundra new in August 1999. Keep it in tip top shape always. Had emergency 11-15-2018/Monday after starting Tundra. Running rough & engine check light came on. I had to take my Wife to an appointment at UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Tx for followup on a recent surgery. I called Justin Ryan, Service Mgr at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney, Tx. Justin gave me a loaner vehicle at no cost while my Tundra was being repaired by my always go to Senior Certified Master Tech, Jeff Colefield. The #2 Cylinder Coil (8 Cylinder Engine) had malfunctioned and needed replacing. These 2 people who I always depend on when any of my vehicles need repairing, came to my rescue in this emergency situation. It was a great stress relief knowing I could depend on them to meet my vehicle repair needs. Thanks so much Justin Ryan & Jeff Colefield
