He made sure I was happy with everything and never pressured me into buying a vehicle that wasn???t right for me. I drove away with the confidence that I made the right decision in going to Bolles!

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Came in to buy a used Xterra and trade in my old one. Everyone here was fast and extremely helpful. Cory, my sales rep did a great job walking me through the process, and they gave me top dollar for my trade in. What a great experience!!! Thanks again. Erik
Brought my Jeep to Capitol for service and an oil change. They found two oil leaks and my wheel alignment was out. They fixed the oil leaks, performed a 4 wheel alignment, tire rotation and a LOF all on the same day. Steve Hartley has been a service writer at Capitol for years and he is very personable and knowledgeable. Steve is definitely and asset at Capitol Garage!
I have had my luxurious mini- van for a week now and I love the way it drives, the interior, the sound system. Austin was a fabulous guy to work with. I changed my mind as I went through the purchase process and he consistently worked with me to find my perfect match!! He was honest, reliable, never pushy, just professional and helpful. Since I live out of state, the dealership accommodated me by providing a loaner vehicle until the purchase was completed, then driving my gorgeous new car to me in the pouring rain. Poor Peter got stuck at NY DMV for 2 hours and almost got struck by lighting putting my new plates on.... Austin met me half way in the Berkshires to sign all of the paperwork once I got my bank's financing, so I would not have to make. Another trip to them.. all of the staff at the dealership were fabulous!!! I can't say enough about Austin - he really worked for me to locate exactly what I wanted.. I will always work with this dealership - They rock!!!!!
Have been eyeing a cupple on the lot .....got all im looking for.....just have not been able to get to see and test drive yet.....they have not pressured me for info or sales ..if they have what im looking for at the right time....i will follow up and continue the process...
I just spoke with the service department about the airbag recall and he was so pleasant and helpful I needed to place a positive comment here. I bought my Magnum here and I did not feel I got a good deal but given how they responded to this recall so well, I would reconsider buying another car here. Good job, Chris. I am not related to any employee here nor even know anyone. This was a real unsolicited review.
I recently purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Crew Cab and was treated w/ respect by all involved. It was a no pressure experience which is great. From the salesman Przemek, to the Sales Manager Jeff, to the Finance Manager Eddie, it was a pleasure doing business with them. I hope and expect that the Service Dept will be that good when any service and maintenance is required.
Jason Duquet went above and beyond to help get me out of my old lease as I was going to go over my miles and into a brand new lease. He listened to want i wanted and helped match me to the right car. I left that day with a brand new Kia Optima and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Jason!
Just days ago I walked in there looking to trade in my vehicle . Long story short I ended up buying a 2017 KIA SOUL PLUS . I was so impressed with Jason as a saleman and everybody there I went back in two days later and my girlfriend's son Brian bought a 2017 Kia Forte . Its a friendly place from everybody from the managers to the sales people to Scott to help you with the financing , to the service dept personnel . No ego trips there , always a good thing . Just a great bunch of people trying to keep the customer satisfied !
My 2013 Kia Soul Plus warranty ends in Dec 2018 and if I decide to trade it in , I would go to no other dealer .
