Best buying experience of my life, period!!! Internet sales rep Casey Lindsey and sales manager Jason Russell were extremely professional, friendly and made me feel like family the second I stepped foot on the lot. Their price on the vehicle I wanted was already 800 dollars under KBB fair value and they even worked with me to get me lower! That's unreal considering they were already under KBB's fair price. I shopped around and researched market pricing on the vehicle I wanted for 2 months and was meet with disappointment from 6 other dealers. Needless to say we closed the deal in about a half hour, that's including the test drive!!!!!!
I would give 6 starts to this dealership if I could. You can shop around if you want, but Hondru will be your last stop for your next vehicle. I can't thank Casey and Jason enough for all they did to get me in my new vehicle!!!!!!!!! I love the vehicle and everything about my buying experience at Hondru. Other dealers should take notes, this is how it's done.....
I went in looking for a good deal on a vehicle and had several dealers in mind at the time. It was later in the evening so I met with Gary Deibert. He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!

I seriously never knew buying a vehicle could be this smooth. I live 4 hours from this dealership and would return in a heart beat. I dealt with the internet sales team to make sure it was worth the travel....it MOST CERTAINLY was! I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ladd-Hanford. I worked exclusively with Scott Keath who did an excellent job. No pressure sales technique, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. If a deal is feasible he will work to make it happen. I inspected the vehicle and realized that some LED bulbs were burnt out on the daytime running lights. You cannot just cut the headlamp assembly open and remove the defective bulbs and re-solder new bulbs; an entire new headlamp assembly must be installed. The HID headlamp assembly costs around $1,000 for the part if you were to fix it yourself. Scott offered to replace the entire assembly at no cost to me. That is professional service. I will be back for future vehicle purchases.
Service personnel, Jesse is very professional and honest with his customers. He makes sure that he can keep cost down if he can too and provide his customers with safe efficient and reasonable service on our vehicle.
After a wasted ,frustrating day at another jeep dealer I decided to go to hondru even though it was farther away. Good thing I did. The salesman, Matt, was able to answer my questions about financing and special programs with ease. The dealerships discount was not only better than my first place but I was offered more for my trade and got an excellent finance rate.
My son found a beautiful 4Runner for sale and set up the purchase with Alonzo. After learning a co-signer was needed, my hopes were a little deterred, since I couldn't leave my business for a day to make the 4 hour trip to the dealership. What happened next was something I had never experienced before. I spent some time on the phone with Faulkner Dodge and exchanged some needed information, and the next evening, after work, they actually DELIVERED the car to our town and we signed the paperwork. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who went out of their way to make this happen
The only downfall was the time I spent in the dealership to complete the paperwork. However, technology mishaps happen. No biggy. I got the car I wanted for a fair price. Noe and Julio were accomodating and customer service oriented. Overall great positive experience
