I totally would recommend Baxter for any car shopping experience. They were the only place that was able to get me in and approved for exactly what I needed and wanted. Mario Overstreet worked wonders with his finance team. Thanx guys!
I took my vehicle in after having it diagnosed elsewhere. I could tell that the service guy wasn't happy that they wouldn't be doing a diagnosis. I told them what I wanted (oxygen sensor replaced and new key fob w/emergency key). This was at 7 a.m. I hadn't heard a word at 1:00 p.m. so I sent a text to the service guy. No response. I called at 3:30 - was given the excuse of "computers down" and "tech working on my car had an emergency". Give me 30 minutes he said. An hour later, I called AGAIN. I was told the tech "just got done" and he would call me back in 10 minutes with my total. When he called back, I was told the tech had trouble getting the oxygen sensor off and they were swamped. He apologized over and over, and gave me a small break on the bill, so I sort of let it go. When I picked up my vehicle, I got an "all points inspection" report which basically said that every single fluid in my vehicle was dirt/contaminated and/or burnt. I just had the oil changed a month ago (by my brother-in-law) and a NEW transmission put in 2 months ago. I went back to the transmission place the next day for them to check the tranny fluid. They showed it to me - not dirty, not burnt. I don't trust Baxter any longer and I will NOT be returning as a customer. The service guy was super nice and all, but I will NOT be lied to just because I am a woman. I don't believe any of my fluids are bad. I have my own opinions as to why I was told that. The facility is nice, they did do the work I requested but nothing that they "recommended". I'm sure they didn't like that at all. My advice is beware - if you go in wanting a specific thing done that Baxter didn't recommend, you may not have a good experience.
Jesse was a great guy to work with!! I would highly recommend him to anyone and I give him a 5 star rating. We just were not able to come to an agreement on price of a pickup that needed a bunch work done to it right away to make it a safe vehicle. Between the backup camera not working, rear main seal leaking and weather cracked tires, they weren't willing to budge on price or offer to fix the vehicle to make sure the customer would be safe as soon as the pickup left the lot. Jesse provided an amazing experience and did all he could do for me. I wanted to drive away happy knowing I just purchased a safe and reliable vehicle for my family, but I wasn't going to able to do that as they were not willing to do the work to the pickup to make it safe and reliable. I wish the people above him were more willing to work with a customer and cared more about the customer's safety than the money in their pocket.
Michael and Moe went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. We ALL know buying a car is stressful. They welcomed us in, treated us like family, and broke EVERYTHING down in steps. NOT ONCE did they ever come off as pushy. They were very knowledgeable about their job and the cars under their command. They went to bat for us and made sure we left satisfied. They are the standard that car dealerships should be held. I HIGHLY recommend buying your next vehicle through them! 10 out of 5 stars!
I bought a Hond accord 1999, purpule car from sid dillion, 8 days later, the transmission, broke down, sid dillion tow truck pick it up, I didn't have to pay for a tow truck and sid dillion, haad cerficated transmission, rebuild my transmission, at no cost to me, sid dillion payed for it all
Called about needing tires based on the internet packages I saw. Received a good recommendation of the 3 different packages and at a better price. Excellent package - no surprises. Crete dealer Picked up my car at the Lincoln dealership and returned it the same day. Lincoln dealer dropped me off and picked me up after work. Received a call upon completion of my car's work and delivery time. They always wash and vacuum my car. The courtesy and professionalism keeps me always coming back - the only place I get service on my Fusion - and is where I originally purchased it new. They make me feel like a king. Thanks for the great service.
