Service department was excellent and found the staff to be excellent. Service staff recommended needed repairs and did not force me or sell me. I took their advice and made another appointment for later work.
I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
We had been to 5 other dealers over the last 6 months. Each one said that I would have to "give up" one of the selected features...that the van I was looking for couldn't have everything I wanted. Jarred found one within 15 minutes of sitting with us....color, package, and a dvd player! He was kind and so helpful and never once made us feel pressured! We were done purchasing the van within an hour. I've been to other dealership where I've spent the whole day. The business manager was very thorough and personal. Made sure he went over everything and we were still out within an hour. I love the new van!
Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
After going back and forth with the salesman, Chris Williams, about which vehicle we wanted and pricing, Chris went out of his way to obtained exactly what we wanted from another dealership and the pricing was perfect. I can honestly say I probably put Chris Williams through xxxx to find what I wanted and he came through with flying colors. I will be going back to Chris once my other lease expires to obtain another Jeep.
Jenn was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions, and she answered all quickly and efficiently. I had a complex situation with negative equity and she didn???t sell me something I couldn???t afford or qualify for. Upfront and honesty is so important in such a big purchase. This is my 10th Vehicle from CJD 24. From the 1st vehicle 7 or 8 years ago when they only had 1 location they treated me like I was one of the family and not just a number. As they grew I would of thought that would of changed not so much it even got better. I special ordered this 2019 Ram about 2 months ago they followed thru with me every step of the way, always keeping me updated. I felt like I was there only customer. Chris Diaz The GM is doing an amazing job running operations there. And as soon as the vehicle arrived like all my other vehicles in the past, Sales Rep Sebastian walked me thru the final steps to make me the happiest guy in the world. If you haven't driven the new 2019 Ram 1500 you need to. And with there new automated system the closing was smooth. The other reason this is the only auto group I would buy a car from is after the sale my experience with the service dept. was also A++. I will never by another car anywhere else So if you ever want a Chrysler, Jeep, Nissan or now apparently Subaru this is your place.
My initial experience in purchasing a used vehicle [truck] was excellent. It was not a high pressure sale......which was refreshing. Considering the overall experience, every aspect was professional and fair.
