I wasn’t able to make it up to the dealership itself , due to my work schedule but the staff were very knowledgeable and polite over the phone
Best car buying experience I ever had

Shopped the entire State of Florida for a Pacifica just the way I wanted it. Ferman blew away the field with both selection and price and it wasn't even close. This dealership is full of professionals that aim to please. Miguel was our salesman, he bent over backwards, was honest and straightforward and made the experience a pleasure. They have a new customer for life.
I had a great truck buying experience at New Holland. I purchased a used F350. From the moment I called to the the time I drove off the lot, everyone at New Holland was professional, detailed and not pushy. I came from quite a distance; my salesman, Andy Bogedain, accurately described the truck over the phone, notified me of a small defect after I had agreed to purchase (it was not a deal breaker) and had all paperwork set up when I arrived. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Cherry on top: it's located in a nice little town, right in the middle of Amish Country.

This is a good looking vehicle and very comfortable to ride in. Having Stow and Go for all middle and rear seats us great! Parking assist with back up camera is very helpful as well as the sensors on the side mirrors. The radio is easy to operate and I appreciate controlling the temperature for the whole vehicle from the front. My frustrations with the Pacifica are in the interior use of space. Putting 3 children's car seats in the middle row is very tight. The center console is small and not closed in( front or back) so one is limited with what can go in that space securely. The cup holders are small, limiting the size bottle or cup one can fit there, especially in the door. Some of the storage pockets are so small and such an odd shape, they're not usful. The Pacifica is nice, but I expected better than this from Chrysler.
Traveled for 1 and half hour to make purchase

Love the STOW AND GO seating! This alone is awesome for camping and not fussing with taking seats in and out. Cant wait to buy the vehicle, with as much extended coverage as I can get cause it’s a long term investment for me...10 years at least. Minivan drives and handles wonderfully!
The car Had two windows broken and the salesman never made us aware of that problem. I was lucky that I went with my son and he checked that
The nicest vehicle I have ever owned

The Pacifica is extremely nice, has more amenities than we actually originally were after, has a comfortable ride akin to a Mercedes and has been reliable in the past. We have 3 kids under 11 and it makes transporting them around for daily tasks easy and safe.
I have bought many cars over the years (more than 20) and without a doubt this was the best experience that I ever had. Alan was honest, courteous, knowledgeable and excellent at follow-up. I received a good price on the car and a very fair value for my trade-in. Most was handled over the phone before I even got to the dealership. The actual purchase was handled quickly and efficiently by the sales manager. I can't say enough about the professionalism at this dealership.

Good looking car. There was a period of transition with all the bells and whistles, even on the L. Passengers all like the ride, but head rests have a strong forward tilt for some riders. Do like the bells and whistles, esp., flasher on mirrors when cars approach. Heat and air are both great.
Bought a 2018 Ram with no hassle, in and out and was even offered lunch. Amazing sales staff and finance squad. I felt as if I was part of the company.
Horrible video and GPS interface
by Chad from Waverly
December 6, 2018
The video controls have no button info and is extremely clunky. For instance you have 4 direction arrows and an ok button. No play button. So when the kids are wanting a movie to play you are blindly trying to get it to work while trying not to get into an accident. The GPS is more of the same. The voice commands while driving are extremely limited as to what you can say. It does not find normal reference points (could be from the lack of understood commands and references), it starts by asking you what country you are in, if it messes up the voice recognition in the 5 or 6 questions it asks you, you have to start over which is 70% of the time. The styling is great, the performance is as expected from a known platform but the user interface execution with the knowledge there are kid demands is some of the worst I have ever used. As a user of a vehicle like this and as a parent you have enough distractions, trying to use basic functions of the interface shouldn't be your biggest distraction. You are taking your eyes off the road way too much to try to figure out the vague controls that you just end up pushing whatever because there is no function assigned but its the only thing you have. Whoever designed this must not have kids and missed the idea to design a safe, easy, and a stress free user interface. This van concerns me for the safety of my family when sending my wife and kids out in it.
It's been just over 2 weeks since I bought my absolutely amazing 2017 Ram 1500 sport night edition for here. I had spent about 2 months online shopping and searching for just what I wanted using a 200 mile radius for my search. When time came to start contacting dealers as luck would have it Lancaster Dodge had what I wanted as did a few other dealers. However John Hatzis was the only dealer that seemed to want to earn my business. I can be a tough customer and ask question after question. Luckily I was contacted by the internet sales manager John Hatzis. John was the only salesman who literally answered all of my questions in a timely manager or at all. I was shocked how little effort others wanted to put into earning my business just relaying to emails with "can you come in today for a test drive (which translates into "so I can hard pressure you into buying something you really don't want today"). John not only answered about 100 questions of mine but never once tried to get me to come in until I was ready. At no point was there any pressure. I was comfortable. All details for the cost and fees were laid out upfront so I knew exactly what I would be paying (now let me mention here the price was less then any of the other dealerships I had contacted on virtually the same vehicle and none could or wanted to try and match it without me coming in first). What made me decide this was the place I would buy my new truck most of all was when I sent John an email clarifying all for the taxes and dealer fees etc as well and final price. I had been grossly misinformed by several dealers about a few of the fees. I was prepared to spend almost 2K more for the vehicle thinking they were standard fees I could do nothing about. John quickly showed his honesty and integrity by informing me many of these fees are massively overinflated or totally fake. He could have taken me for another 2K I wouldn't have questioned but he didn't. That was the moment he truley earned my present and future business. When I arrived at Lancaster Dodge, the vehicle was ready and waiting for me fully detailed as John had promised. He went over a few things and went right to work to get me out as fast as possible (my request as I had a 2 hour drive to pick my youngest up from day care). The this g that impressed me the most with his customer service was after I had stepped out of the finance office having officially bought the vehicle John on his hands and knees polishing the wheels because the detail shop didn't do in his opinion good enough of a job. I told him it was going g to most likely rain and he didn't need to do it, and he responded with "I promised you it would be done so I will finish it". That's real customer service and integrity rarley seen from. Car salesman. In 5-6 years or so when I am in the market for another truck Lancaster Dodge will be my first stop. Business earned. On another note everyone I spoke with there for other salesman to find and we're equally polite and friendly.

This is our third Chrysler van and is by far the most advanced. We have owned 2015, 2016 Town and Country vans and the Pacifica is a tremendous upgrade. The electronic safety features make it easy for me, a 70 year old driver, feel very comfortable driving in traffic or backing
Excellent as always! Have been a Jeep lady for more years than I like to count, you folks are the best. Always feel comfortable and well taken care of, but I do actually think you all have improved service in the past two years and I was not complaining before!
First Impressions Are Good

We formerly drove Subaru Forester. So the Pacifica is a welcome upgrade. We believe that we have a great value for the price we got. The engine is powerful and quite despite the size of the vehicle. We find the interior design flexible and well laid out. The comfort of the drive is good, not luxurious and we definitely notice the larger size, but these were expected. It is difficult to judge reliability at this time. Our car has 8k miles and has no issues.
The user interface on the vehicle was initially challenged by a lack of information (or our inability to find the information) in the manual. We have learned far more from instructional videos on YouTube. So, if you want an idea of how easy setting up phones and how to manage the car's systems - start there even before your test drive. After we drove it for a week, we found that the layouts were intuitive and the multiple ways of accomplishing the same task made common functions very manageable.
Our first impression on the Pacifica is that we can't wait to drive it.
I went in looking for a good deal on a vehicle and had several dealers in mind at the time. It was later in the evening so I met with Gary Deibert. He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!
I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 s from Quigley Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. All of the people who i talked with were very helpful. It was a positive enjoyable experience. They answered any and all questions i had. They gave me a reasonable price for my car i was trading. I received a very good deal on my Chrysler 200 s. The salesman who helped me with the purchase of my car was Ed Mcgrath Jr. A+ If you have any questions ask for Ed.
Nice and friendly salesman, service was very polite, helpful so far love the place, love my new Jeep Cherokee, nice place to wait for service, MY SALES PERSON NAME IS TAZ, KEEP IN TOUCH WITH ME VERY NICE
Purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot for my wife. This is the way to do business! Our salesman, Roger Fry, was spot on. Straight forward and very likeable. Roger showed us a Patriot with just the equipment my wife wanted - no upsell. It wasn't our first color choice but Roger and his manager made us a deal we couldn't refuse. My wife loves her Jeep compared to her 2012 GMC Terrain. Ask for Roger and you'll see for yourself how easy it can be.
Big thanks to the team at Keller Bros. Dodge! I just purchased a pre-owned 2013 Ram 1500. Not only has the truck superseded my expectations but Cal Jurman and Dan Llanso did an excellent job finding the perfect vehicle for me. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!! I will be back for another purchase one day! - Adam Kratzert
