I use to hate car shopping. Till I experienced the Maguire No Haggle system. They made my wife and I very comfortable from the minute we arrived there. They didn't show any pressure toward us and explained the advantages of buying a vehicle through them. The extra incentives were great. We will tell everyone we know to stop there first if ever looking to buy.
I contacted Carbone online, within 2 days Charlie found me a car in my price range and the deal was struck. I went in completed paperwork and drove my new car home. i came to your dealership with an appointment for a warranty issue. i stood at the service desk, just inside the overhead door in the entrance to the garage, behind another person, waiting to talk to the service writer, i had two people behind me also waiting for the service writer. The service writer finished helping the person ahead of me and i stepped up to desk and the service writer then answered the phone and talked for several minutes while i waited then laid the phone down and left the area for several more minutes came back and hung up phone and left again for another several minutes. when he came back he was on a cell phone and then suggested that me and the other people waiting at the desk for him should go to the office and find someone to help us as he was to busy to assist us. I went to the office and was helped by another person who was very nice and took very good care of my issue and fixed my truck in short order. I would recommend your dealership to others and will use your dealership myself. I will recommend though that people skip the service writer desk and go to the inside office. I found the service writer to be rude and uninterested in customer service, not a good first impression when arriving at the dealership.
My son purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT AWD from Drivers Village 9/19/18. We purchased it from Dan in the Used Car facility. I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. From Andrew Hilt, the internet sales person to Dan the sales associate, down to the financing dept.; they were all great and very helpful. we were very pleased with the vehicle.
Trisha reached out to me within a day of showing interest in a car. We set up a meeting for a test drive. I was contacted the same day of the year drive to be told the sold the vehicle at auction. I bought a car elsewhere.
My Sales Rep Erick Alley was very helpful from start to finish, I would recommend him to everyone I know. The Jeep is super nice and I got a great lease price too!!! Maguire Jeep does it the right way!!!!
