It took a couple of visits, but due to the persistence of David Pearson, I came out a happy customer. Though at one point we both wanted to throw in the towel. He Was Amazing!! Did a great job and never gave up on trying to help me. He, in my opinion is a great asset to your business.
Have been shopping around for a few months, called Bayway and explained what I was looking for and my price range, Jose Rico texted me the next day with what Bayway could offer, I called to verify and went in that evening, Bayway actually did better than the text, we purchased the truck, upon delivery the next day(Friday) we noticed a small scratch, the sales manager Omar came out to look at the scratch and said it would be repaired on Monday when we drop the truck off to have the running boards installed, we dropped the truck off Monday evening, were given a dealer car until Tuesday when we picked the truck up. Scratch was repaired, running boards installed, and the truck was completely detailed again for the inconvenience. Amazing deal and customer service, will definitely buy from Bayway Pasadena again. thank you Jose and Omar.
The sales person was very polite explained everything that needeed to be explained, walk in took care of me in about an 1 hour in half everything was complete in my new jeep, it was everything i expected
Mr. Keegan Hunter and David Pederson were very helpful in helping me find the truck that i wanted. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They accommodated to my schedule both even on separate occasions staying after their schedule to make sure i was well taken care of. i will certainly send my contacts their way.
Dealt with Charles Jackson on buying a Cadillac Escalade everything went well and my wife is happy didn't learn everything about the vehicle it was to late by the time we left but they did offer us to go back another time for them to show us
Chris did a great job. We walked in knowing what we wanted and he got right to it. Chris was very personable and made the buying process easy. There were not very many other customers there when we were there and the manager, Tim, came over and introduced himself. Very family friendly environment. The whole experience was great. Mike in finance finished the deal with us and we were happy when we left. We felt like we got everything that we had asked for. We were knowledgeable about our purchase and left happy that we choose Mazda of Clear Lake and got to work with Chris, Tim, & Mike!
Dean Francis and the finance staff were very helpful. They were great about financing with whichever bank you want to work with. I received a fair deal for my trade and the price was right on the used vehicle that I purchased. I had one trade offer for my vehicle elsewhere that was higher,but the Helfman offer was the same as two others for my trade. Even so, the deal at Helfman was better. There are too many factors to list and they did NOT try to sell me anything I did not need. As a bonus, Unlike some dealers, my used vehicle at Helfman actually had floor mats and BOTH keys to the car. They have a big selection of sports cars and I am very happy with my experience. Robert is a quiet man being that he is not pushy to seal the deal. He gave me all the info i needed in order to make the best decision for my budget and woked it through to management. I have a Ford Edge i love and am excited i was finally able to get an SUV. Initially I Leased thru him and then purchased the vehicle at lease end. Ive had the Edge 3 yrs so far and not a hint of trouble. I so bery much love driving it plan to keep this for another 10-12 Yrs atleast. Thank you Robert and your finance team.
Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
