This is coming from someone that ultimately didn't even buy his car from Gillman. I was in the market for either a used or possibly new Jeep and worked with Joe/Jose Hernandez. Joe himself was fantastic. He did absolutely everything in his power to get me a great deal on the exact Jeep I wanted. This included wheeling and dealing with other dealerships. In the end, everything fell through at the last minute by no fault of his own as he couldn't get me the exact car I wanted because of a miscommunication from one of the dealerships he was negotiating with. I had even put down a deposit because we thought it was a done deal. Once I found out it fell through, Joe was quick to apologize and refund my money even though it wasn't his fault. Eventually, he did find the car I wanted a day later but by that time I had already purchased another car. Still, I would not hesitate to contact Joe again the next time my wife or I need another car.
My representative was great. He was veey helpful and kept me informed throughout. This place has gone downhill ever since AutoNation has taken over. Booking a service apointment was an absolute waste of time since they could not even look at my car until the following day anyway.
Great, professional service from Ray Coleman and Amanda in finance. They gave me options, explained what would benefit me most and made great suggestions based on what I told them I wanted! They were not pushy and allowed me to be in control of my purchase
I brought by baby jeep in to the service department for troubles with her engine. The staff was friendly and attentive. Kai Young was my service manager and I couldn't be more pleased! Kai made my experience a breeze! He was quick to respond to my calls, answer all my questions, and keep me updated throughout the process. Excellent customer service skills! Dean Francis and the finance staff were very helpful. They were great about financing with whichever bank you want to work with. I received a fair deal for my trade and the price was right on the used vehicle that I purchased. I had one trade offer for my vehicle elsewhere that was higher,but the Helfman offer was the same as two others for my trade. Even so, the deal at Helfman was better. There are too many factors to list and they did NOT try to sell me anything I did not need. As a bonus, Unlike some dealers, my used vehicle at Helfman actually had floor mats and BOTH keys to the car. They have a big selection of sports cars and I am very happy with my experience. Thank you!
We had an amazing buying experience here. Nick N. Made all the difference, I always felt like he had my best interest in mind, never made me feel pressured or spoke to me like I was an idiot because I wasn’t in the industry. I will definitely be returning (in many,many years) for my next vehicle!
Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.
