I found a truck I wanted on Cars.com and contacted the dealer. The salemen told me that when he went to pull it around he noticed a puddle and set the vehicle up for service. To make a long story short, the truck needed transmission repairs and the service department told me the truck was not available to sell until it was repaired. It is nice that they made sure the repairs were handled, but I wasnt kept informed and needed a vehicle quickly, so I purchased from another dealer.
We recently purchased a 2016 XC 60 from Suburban Volvo and Jon Smith who handled our sale was a consummate professional . He covered all aspects of the sale and we were more than pleased with the entire process. We highly recommend Jon in the sales department. This is a great family car. We bought it used and i wish we had gotten it insoected further because it had s oll me problems with ac and electrical. Brand new these are great.
My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues

This car meets all my needs. I like the touch screen stereo CD DVD player lots of cupholders. I sit just high enough to see what's going on ahead.
I was able to get an oil change from Matick Chevrolet but they couldn't rotate my tires due to the attendants not being able to get one of the lug nuts off one of the tires. For a tire rotation, I will never come back to Matick again. Everything else was OK.
When I found this car on the web I didn’t relize at first it was 2 1/2 hours (150 miles) away... I called and talked to Enzo — asked if they deliver and was Leary on purchasing a car unseen. So he FaceTimed me showed me the car inside and out! He worked with me to get the price closer to what I was looking for..Enzo was so easy to work with! We did all the paperwork over the phone and Enzo and Julian delivered it right to our door!! What a great experience-the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!thank you Enzo & Julian for great customer service!!!

I’ve owned several minivans and the Chrysler Town & Country is by far the most reliable, stylish, and comfortable I’ve owned. It is the best family vehicle available.

I love everything that my van offers. It has a stow n go feature. I am able to put down both middle seats and have the whole space in the middle for things and my kids sat in the 3rd row. No more kicking on the 1st row and very clean. The trunk has more room as well. This is every momma's dream!
