Great minivan to own. Chrysler does a great job on their vehicles and pays great detail in their vehicles. The Chrysler family of vehicles are all awesome. The great detail and every vehicle is amazing.
I have bought and leased many cars over the years. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did yesterday at David McDavid of Austin. All of them were extremely courteous and so helpful. They spent a lot of time working with me and when it was all said and done I felt they were extremely fair. This was overall the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I love my new Acura and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership.
They were able to provide me a detailed report of the history of the vehicle as it had been serviced there throughout its previous life. All questions I had were answered before I even arrived at the facility. The vehicle had all of the bells and whistles and worked flawlessly. The windshield was cracked and that was pointed out to me (even though I honestly didn't even notice it) prior to purchase. Very competitive pricing, even in comparison with much larger dealers in Des Moines.
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
This is the 10th vehicle we have purchased here. EVERY time is a easy and quick process. Bob and Tim are very easy to communicate and work with, and are very trustworthy. They both go above and beyond to make sure you are in the right vehicle.

Great versatility our family likes the vehicle. Many uses and a awesome design. My wife loves the built in window sun shades and the TV for the kids

Incredibly easy to use Family Friendly Practical Class Luxury with Utility, economical, GREAT sounding entertainment system, 30mpg, inexpensive replacement tires, Great view, comfort, safety convenience. Premium paint, interior/exterior Beautiful T&C Legend lives.
This was the best experience I've had buying a car. Everyone I encountered was helpful and professional. They were knowledgeable about the entire process which made it go quickly. The best part is that there were no games! They were honest and upfront about everything.

We love traveling in a van because of the room and comfort. We just completed driving the blue Ridge Pkwy and I couldn’t ask for a better vehicle.

I worked with Sherm, who was so down to earth and honest. He took the time to get to know me, and treated me like family. He asked questions to determine exactly what the right vehicle was going to be for me, and stayed within my price range. What I love about him is that he isn???t a shmoozy salesman, trying to pressure you into anything. He just listened and did the research to find my dream car. He was available by his cell phone at all hours to answer any questions I had, and never once made me feel stupid. This is the kind of dealer you want to work with when buying a car. I wasn???t expecting to walk out of there with a brand new Jeep Cherockee!

I love this car. Well made. The black sparkle paint is beautiful and I love the style. Love the stow amd go seats...deep storage in the back and a comfortable drivers area. The sound system is amazing which is great when I put in movies for the grandkids.
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
I dealt with Joe Maloney. Excellant quality service and a genuine desire to squire my business. I was coming off surgery and was unable to get into the dealership. We handled 95% via email. When I was able to drive we completed the process in 2 days. I am now driving my new Malibu and thanks to Joe could not be happier.

I looked long and hard for this car. I needed a well equipped vehicle, good ride and comfortable seats with plenty of support for my wife's back. I also needed plenty of room inside and most importantly, a factory tow package. We got it all and then some.
