I needed something better to drive. I heard of this place, I gave them a try. Sure thing as soon as I walked in there, I was approach by two young men who were very polite. I told them I was there to make some business with them. I told them my price range and what type of car I was looking for. It only took me about 30 minutes to decide what I wanted. As well the manager and owner Matt was very professional. I highly recommend this place and I hope that in the future I can be back for one more car.
Megan and Daniel took great care of us when we bought a new minivan. Megan answered all the questions we had and had a great sense of humor, making things a lot more enjoyable- I hate car shopping. Daniel got us through the financing quickly and painlessly. We walked out of there with a good price based on my research. Overall, a good experience.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Dave met me before 7:00 am, and got me right in for my 30,000 mile service on my Sonata. He notified me of a couple of minor recalls that I had not received notice of from Hyundai, and had me out in under two hours. I live in houston and I went home for the holidays to visit, decided to go car shopping and this was my last stop after going to 4 dealerships, I knew what I wanted and Robert was my salesman! Devin our sales guy was great. Followed up and really worked with us on getting the price we could afford. I had a few issues with some minor repairs after the purchase but after some discussions they honored them. The only negative thing was the finance person. He was rude and patronizing and made what was an awesome experience up to that point a bummer. But it wouldn’t keep me from buying from them again. I just wouldn’t go through that guy again.
Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!
I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Shaun was completely on target and was fantastic at communicating. The only thing that would have made it 100% would have been a more timely shuttle. I do realize that one person could be only in one place at a time but, more than one person could be picking up and dropping off customers. Other than that, 100%.
