Everyone at this location from our sales rep to manager did their utmost to get me the best deal possible. I have a lot of respect for the hardworking employees who went out of their way to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely return in the future.
I just purchased my new RDX yesterday and I am very pleased with it. I drove 2 hours to Rosenthal Acura to get my car. It was a hectic drive, but well worth the trip! I can???t say enough about this dealership. My salesman, Alan Eden was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional. He did everything he could do to make this a great, smooth transaction. Even though we have so far to travel to get there, I would highly recommend this dealership. I really love my car! My car buying experience at King’s Volkswagen couldn’t not have been any better.....Mostly because of Ignacio Rada....he made the whole process a lot smoother. He is a friendly, upbeat, and honest person who does anything in his power to get you what you want. He does his homework telling you about the latest features of the car you might want to buy. He was always available and willing to go out of his way to work with me. Even picking me up to make my purchase. He followed me throughout the whole process making sure I was taken care of, being there every step of the way.
He genuinely cares about his customers. I am sure the rest of the sales staff is just as professional.
Would definitely do business with them again if I need to.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I had nothing but excellent service in regards to Darcars of Fairfax facility. The experience from car buying “Eric” to management providing me with the certainty of any issues “IJ” to the service department showing pure professionalism. I really appreciate this experience.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
Very satisfied with my recent buying experience I had with Christine at car Corp!!! She was very helpful and went above and beyond before and after the sale! Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience
