Bought the truck from RJ. Didn’t play games like the other dealerships in the area especially Lake Keowee Ram. (Ridiculous to deal with). Didn’t play around on price, were to the point and couldn’t have been easier. The next closest deal I got was almost 2k more. RJ had all the paperwork ready, I was in and out with my new Ram. Save aggravation and games and buy from Benson!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I purchased a 2017 Titan from Benson. the truck was as advertised and in great condition. The people are friendly and very helpful. The only problem was with Allen Hunt ; a salesman their. He has not delivered on promises he made. and is hard to reach after the sale to find out why the delay on keeping his word. To date I still have not gotten what I WAS PROMISED. I am going back up there to talk to the service mgr. Monday.I am pleased with everyone except Allen Hunt. If you buy a vehicle there don't buy from him!!!! I would recommend Benson Kia but only with a warning. avoid Allen Hunt.
I decided to sell my 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport and found Yvette Jennings from this dealership to be the most helpful and easiest person to work with. She gave me a fair price for my vehicle and the ease of the selling process was amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

We recently bought a 2011 GMC Yukon, and the vehicle was in great condition, drives great, and looks just like the pictures online. The Salesman, Kim was very helpful to us in acquiring the SUV we wanted at a price we liked!
This is one, if not my "Best Ever", car buying experience. I found a make and model I had been searching for several months. I especially liked the CarFax info and the professionalism of the experienced staff.
I traded cars today with Junior Taylor. He was so nice to me and very helpful. I am very pleased with my trade and appreciate all he did to help me. I have also talked with Johnny Owens and he is also great to deal with. This is the second time I have traded with them and they maintain their friendly hometown service.
Vic Bailey's Internet Sales Mgr, John Carter, was very responsive and easy to work with. He got me all the information I needed and helped me work with their Business Mgr to get the deal put together I needed. He made the whole negotiations and purchase quick a simple since we new exactly what we wanted.

Wow. I am going to start off by saying that the people who work here are just genuinely good and honest people.
I was buying a new Jetta after returning my Jetta for the TDI settlement. As an out of town buyer I was originally nervous about driving 2 hours to a dealership with really low prices. Kristian roof made the out of town purchase very simple, and ensured me that they are reliable in their prices. The night before we were going to drive to get the car, we experienced a hiccup and was able to talk to the General Sales Manager, Wofford, at 10pm on a Friday night. He was available and quick to get back to us, and very accommodating. Buying the car the next morning could not have gone any smoother. There were NO surprise fees or problems purchasing the car. Kristian and Wofford were a pleasure to work with.
This brings me to Patrick, the finance manager. Patrick was great to work with the day I bought my car. One week later he was willing to talk to corporate about my TDI settlement problems. AND he spent 2 hours talking to my DMV when I returned home when they tried to overcharge me. This really shows that they care about their customers even after you buy the car.
The customer service at Vic Bailey VW cannot be matched. Their prices were the lowest in the area, combined with their honesty and amazing customer service, I cannot imagine buying a car from anyone else. I would suggest Vic Bailey to any out of town buyer! Thank you!!
