Worked with Joe the General Manager and couldn't be more happy with my purchase and how he handled everything that I needed. He gave me an AMAZING price, I mean AMAZING on a used 2014 Ford Fusion. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
