Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Best buying experience of my life, period!!! Internet sales rep Casey Lindsey and sales manager Jason Russell were extremely professional, friendly and made me feel like family the second I stepped foot on the lot. Their price on the vehicle I wanted was already 800 dollars under KBB fair value and they even worked with me to get me lower! That's unreal considering they were already under KBB's fair price. I shopped around and researched market pricing on the vehicle I wanted for 2 months and was meet with disappointment from 6 other dealers. Needless to say we closed the deal in about a half hour, that's including the test drive!!!!!!
I would give 6 starts to this dealership if I could. You can shop around if you want, but Hondru will be your last stop for your next vehicle. I can't thank Casey and Jason enough for all they did to get me in my new vehicle!!!!!!!!! I love the vehicle and everything about my buying experience at Hondru. The was the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. The trade value was top notch and the purchase price was competitive. I expected resistance on the price I was expecting to pay, they matched the best deal I negotiated with by another dealer further away. This is a car dealer, and yes they are in it to make money. Be informed using all the resources available and don't expect to be deserving of any more, haggling make a car buying experience miserable.
My experience with Kim and the staff at Red Lion Chevrolet was absolutely the best I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle in a long time. I had no intentions of even going to a dealership but after a battle with repairs on my used car it was looking like a new (used) vehicle was my only option. I went to Red Lion Chevrolet because it was the closest dealership to my house and was greeted by kim. With only a broken down Pontiac as down payment and not much financial wiggle room Kim worked her magic and got me in a 2016 Malibu, when I had intentions to buy the cheapest car they could get me. Me and my family are extremely happy to be sitting in a beautiful new (to us, anyways) car, and to be in a reliable safe vehicle that we can rely on for years to come.
After researching the vehicle we wanted and prices for weeks (& sending out information out to various dealerships), we visited a dealership closer to us that had the exact Explorer we wanted. We ended up leaving unsatisfied with the customer service we received and searched again after we left, for a similar Explorer. That search brought us to Caleb with Apple Ford, he assured us that if we made the drive there they would give us the best numbers possible. We decided to hope for the best and make the trip- Caleb had the car ready out front, they had already started working on a deal for us, and ended up giving us better numbers than we expected! They beat any other dealerships numbers that we spoke with, Caleb was so great to work with from the start, Jackie was quick and efficient, and they had us out in record timing (per our request). We had such a great feeling after we left and are still very happy with the experience we had at Apple Ford - we will be back!
