Let me put in a good word for FEENY Chrysler in Midland. I worked with Rich Jacklin who was attentive and very accommodating. Rich presented me with a few options to meet our request, and we left with a new Pacifica. If you are looking to buy new or used then look no further. These guys were great. (A little long but hear me out) My wife and I were looking for a specific car and it turned out they had exactly what we were wanted. We found the same car at other dealers and got the run around from all of them. Three different dealers sold the cars out from under us. Had another dealership add some ridiculous fees I had never heard of and then finally we called Feeny. Got on the phone with Nolan LaCrosse and told him about all the other experiences that we had and he assured us that we had nothing to worry about. Everything went perfect we got down there drove the car and loved it. Paperwork was quick and painless they handled everything with our bank and away we went. Couldn't have been happier. Here is the part that separates them from the rest. A couple days later something went wrong with the car it was just not running right. So I called Nolan and he told me to hang tight and he would get back to me. Come to find out it was his day off and he had gone in to work to notify his manager Mike Beck of what was going on. They put us in a loaner and fixed the car. You won't find that kind of service these days.
In 2014 I got my first Jeep from here, Nolan was great as I was living in Maryland at the time and now the only reason I didn't get my 2nd Cherokee from is is because I now live in Eastern PA even further away but I always look here online for cars first when my lease ends! Keep up the great work Nolan!
Tom Harthausen is an awesome sales consultant. He was very helpful and ensured the purchasing process went smoothly. Fenny is an extremely welcoming facility. I have no suggestions for improvement. Dan G. was my salesperson and was fantastic. I bought a used Cadillac. Before the purchase, Dan had the service department go over it and found the transmission line needed replacing, cracked windshield, and worn tires. All these things were replaced. I had no choice but to purchase this car after all that care went into it! I highly recommend Dan and the Feeny team in Midland! ! ! !

Upon arriving at Labadie Toyota on November 20th we were greeted by Scott Wurdock one of the sales personal . He was very gracious and knowledgeable with his approach on what our interest was . Covering all of our questions we and decided to go for a test drive in a new Prius , having owned one for10 years and still on the road we knew the quality . We were blown away by the new safety features and improved ride , it was love at first sight . Scott made the experience of showing the options and finances a smooth transition . We wrapped up the sale with Jake Finn the manager for the finances with him finding the lowest interest rates , all completed the same day . Bought a 03 GMC Sierra from chandler, I’ll be honest not a huge fan of dealerships but I will be buying our vehicles from there from now on. He bent over backwards for me, now going in understand your not buying a new truck they are used, so of course there were a couple issues that chandler and I discussed not only did he take care of them he did so without flinching. This is a great place to buy a vehicle, like I said before they are gunna be used cars so knowing that if something’s wrong ask, he never heaistated to give me what I requested no I did pay a little over my cash down price but that was because I wanted a certain brand and tread pattern, he covered 3/4 of it no issues at all. I will be back they are a great place
Miller auto sales sold me a used F150 that was offered online. The only drawback was they were located 2 hours from my home. I responded to see if it was still available, Brad answered back that it was and offered to give me the more information if I needed it. I had lots of questions which he answered and also sent me more pictures of the areas of concern. After all that I decided to take the trip to check out the truck. Much to my surprise it was better than I expected, clean and ready for me to inspect and test drive. There was no pressure to buy and and very helpful information throughout my visit. Well worth the time and the travel, thanks guys, I love my truck.
Update: after reading their response to my review I chose to go back and trade the terrain in. As they stated I was given a pretty good trade in, though Im still a bit hung up that I took it back just a hundred miles or so outside the warranty when the oil burning issue was noticed and Randy claimed that he wasn't worried about the 100-200 miles I was over, leaveing me to believe he would have the engine fixed. But either way in the end I traded the terrain in toward a 2010 traverse which I am happy with, I'm just disappointed I had to carry almost $2000 over from the difference of the value/trade in on the terrain, but now I'm happily in the traverse. Now 200 miles after purchasing the traverse the power steering quit working, BUT I'm now in contact with BRENT who happily sent me to the garage and said the repairs will be taken care of and I am back in the same position I was when I purchased my first car from them years ago, I'm receiving the same great customer service I expected when I returned to purchase my 2nd vehicle from them. I hope this situation will be better from here on out.
