I was treated very well at Mini Baltimore County. Jason Rourk and Jake Mays took very good care of me. They answered all my questions, let me drive numerous vehicles, brought every vehicle out that I wanted to see, answered my financing questions, accommodated my husband on a separate visit and worked with me to get the Mini that was just right for me! After I bought it, they both spent time going over the entire vehicle with me. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. They also made it very clear that this was just the beginning of my Mini voyage! They will be available down the road not just at the time of purchase.

My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. I was thrilled from the moment I got there but with my stubborn self went and looked at a few other cars before returning and buying. They did an amazing job but specifically Nate was amazing to work with. I even saw him interact with a past client who shared that she has bought both of her cars from him because of his skill, knowledge, and ease to work with.
Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.
In the market for a new car, I started out by doing a lot research online. Mercedes-Benz/Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis has a very intuitive website. I sent a request for an E-Price quote for an E-Class and Asher Chaudry answered the request. Asher and I corresponded by email for 2 weeks. I was nevered pressured to come into the dealership. Asher found multiple cars that fit my criteria, sent me payment quotes, and answered all my questions via email. He provided a car purchase experience I had never experienced before. I did not have a nail in tire prior, my car ride as not noisy or bumpy. I was told I needed tires and after coming for the main this that was needed I left and all of sudden the noise began. I got out to see what was going on and my tire had a huge nail. How ironic the dealer told me earlier I needed tires $595, however did not state that there was a nail in one. I did not have a problem riding prior to dealer. I guess that's a tactic to get you to buy from them. They have lost a customer will not purchase another Kia.
I worked with John Massaqoui who was the best salesman I ever had. He was straight to the point and did not play the old sneaky car salesman. He researched the absolute best deal for my unfortunate situation and for that i am more than thankful.
