Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
I was helped by sales rep Jared Perillo; he made the paper work process very fast, efficient and easy. Any questions i had about the car anywhere from it's features, to leasing and vehicle maintenance were answered with detail making me feel very confident with my purchase. The overall presentation, knowledge, and organization of the employee made me feel very comfortable in choosing Kline Volvo for my new car.
I had inquired online about a specific vehicle for sale, John Rogers in sales replied to me promptly about my inquiry. He wasn’t pushy at all about selling a vehicle and said stop by anytime to look at the car closer and take it for a test drive. Upon arriving I was greated as I entered inside, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was so nice, John was was very knowledgeable in all aspects. Even though I didn’t make a purchase from Kline I feel I would go back again in the future!
Kline did the 10,000 mi service and the appointment went very well. Easy to schedule, when I arrived the vehicle was inspected and checked in, and work was started right away. They advised when it would be finished and while I was waiting, I was told it would be done before that time. It was returned to me with a fresh wash, and vacuum, and clean windows. I appreciate their being on time but they have an excellent customer waiting area that is very comfortable and quiet.
The process involved a high level of attention and the salesman John Rogers showed us a number of vehicles and products we had not considered. I feel we found a great value. We were very happy with the experience.
Firstly, I was introduced to Hugh Bealka on a very busy Saturday. I wasn't intending on buying an Audi, but just browsing. After Hugh showed me the Q5 and going on a test drive, I was convinced that this might be the one. I was also looking at a new Lexus sedan. Thinking through it more carefully, I wanted to stay with an SUV and AWD. My wife and I proceeded with the Q5 purchase and Hugh was nothing short of fair, professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The dealership is spectacular and clean. they gave real description for the car on phone call, and I found the car on ground as it is described, I came from state of Wisconsin ,to Minnesota ,and the stay with me till 8:30 pm and moreover ,this is the 1st time unlike the other dealer ,they put the tank FULL of gasoline !!! which save me time to fill the tank on that heavy snowy day which I have to return home soon with 1:30 hour trip .they answer all my questions

I flew in from Colorado to purchase a used 2014 BMW from Morrie's Luxury Auto. I started working with Richie over the phone several days before making the trip. Communication was great and there were no issues getting things setup. I was still rather concerned that things would be different once I got there (were there issues with the car, would the deal change, any other surprises?). Once I got there, I was blown away by the facility itself (amazing building pack full of beautiful cars), the condition of the BMW I wanted to buy, and the professionalism of the staff.
