We gave a superlative rating because this is a dealership that cares about its customers. We had a dashboard light come on Friday afternoon and were most appreciative to be told we could come in at 3:45 p.m. The entire experience was very pleasant.
I took my mom to Sutherlin to buy a new rogue and was treated like royalty. I can't complain at all because the whole staff was totally on point 100%. My mom won a cruise and we are headed to the Bahamas soon. I love the yippee ya yaee commercial on the radio!! Awsome awsome awsome!!

The wait is ridiculous even with an opening appointment had to wait 3 hours just for an oil change. Meanwhile never got updated on my car about what needed to be done until check out time. Check out time comes they say my car is ready but nobody could find it until walking all over the lot.

What a very pleasant car buying experience! I bought my Honda Civic from Ray Dec 31, 2015 and the experience was seamless. I'm just writing this review b/c I just now found out about this website. There was no stress in buying the car. Ray showed me all of the features of the car and really took his time in his presentation. I felt no stress at any time or when I was in the finance dept. I had a financing offer already but they were able to beat it! Overall, very impressed with the way this dealership followed through from start to finish! Thanks Ray!
The folks at Gilbert Ford were awesome. Bobby was very helpful and didn’t try to push me into anything. He listened to what it was I was looking for and showed me vehicles that matched what I wanted. They got me into the perfect vehicle at a great price. From Erik who appraised my trade to the guys in finance, all the way up to Lee the manager, the entire staff was friendly and took the stress out of car buying!
This Dealer is about 2.5 hours away from where we live. Initially we had an RV in the vicinity so we purchased one, and then a second, new car from them. Now we go there because the service department is worth taking a day trip.
Friendly, helpful and concerned about how I view their service! I am a out of town first time buyer at this dealership and find the whole process refreshing, I will buy here again it's worth the 45 min drive.
