Excellent Culture...Excellent Service!!

I would highly recommend the team at Flow VW, Wilmington...they were pleasant and straight forward to deal with, and very transparent with the offer they gave me for the car I purchased. I was prepared for a long drawn out experience, but they exceeded my expectation with how straight forward everything was. My experience started with their online Rep (Ashley) who was very responsive regarding my questions about the cars I was looking at online, and when she didn't know, she said so and actually got the answer. Based on my experience with her, I decided to drive the 90 mins to their dealership, where she had set up an appointment with the Sales Manager Jordan Branyon. Jordan was pleasant to work with, and he assigned us Sales Consultant Dean Wentzel (Mr. CA "Customer Advocate" as the rest of the staff called him), and he proved to be just that. Dean took my wife and I on a couple of test drives, educated us on the car and features, and we so enjoyed our experience with him, we decided to work with him to see what they had to offer....even though we had another appointment pending with another dealership for a backup. Jordan got back involved and was very transparent with their figures and offer, and they were able to get us where we wanted to be financially. Finally, it was a pleasure dealing with the finance manager Steven Parker. This is generally the point I usually dread....however he made his pitches and explanations of services and we selected what options we wanted and didn't want. No pressure. After we decided what we wanted, I signed and that was it. Meanwhile, Dean got the car detailed and a full tank of gas. He then spent the time to educate us on the car before we left, setting up my wife's phone. I was impressed with the staff and the dealership (undergoing some renovations) and would highly recommend them based on the culture of the dealership....excellent team.
