A pleasant purchase experience

Recently, I stopped at the Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Manahawkin N.J. because it is time for a new truck (my current Dodge Ram 4x4 has over 185,000 miles on it). While looking at the Ram trucks on the lot, I encountered salesman Massimo Pulvirenti. From the very start of my conversation with Massimo, it became clear to me that he is very personable, and very knowledgeable about his job. He answered all of my questions clearly and precisely, and he definitely isn't what I would call a "pushy" salesman. He was very friendly and helpful, someone I felt comfortable dealing with in the otherwise high pressure sales environment that we all too often see today. Once we determined there was no truck on the lot that would fit my needs, Massimo took the time to go online and search for one for me, but again, he was not successful in finding one with the features that I want. He then went online and "built" the exact truck I want, and after a very short and professional negotiation, I gladly ordered the truck from him. So, the only "negative" thing is that I have to wait for my truck to be built and shipped from the assembly plant. I feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas day! I can honestly say that had it not been for Massimo's extraordinary knowledge of his trade and his courteous "no pressure" attitude, I probably would have gone home that day without purchasing a truck. Thank you Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge, and a BIG thank you to salesman Massimo Pulvirenti!
