(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. I really appreciated the honesty and care, and very professional help. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase, even after I took all 3 cars to the test drive. They gave me enough space and time to decide, and kept answering all my questions. I was impressed they knew the cars’ history very well and weren’t trying to hide anything from me. I got kia Sorento in the end, and it was a good experience. Highly recommend!

I've owned my 200 almost 2 yrs and have'nt had any problems so far. I love this car, handles great and the interior design is so sporty looking. I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

My first visit to your sales was not all that pleasant. My non-sales lady was it was very good. I saw about a week later at the vehicle still for sale and I called her again. She called me back with the offer that was better than I expected and I purchased a vehicle. Trouble is the sunroof late because found out the motor was burned out. But they had already agreed to report to fix the roof. Right now I?m waiting to get my vehicle back but they gave me a loaner in the meantime. I am trying to do to deal with his dealership a couple times in the past 30 years it was not pleasant. This time everything on the second visit was extremely nice including your finance man. I hope to continue doing business with them for a long time.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
