Found the truck I was interested in online on a Sunday, got a text from Big Mike on Monday morning. Super amazing gentleman. I had meetings all day but we walked through what I was looking for via text. We had a deal mapped out by Wednesday and by Friday morning, I was on a plane flying to Detroit. Buying a car sight, unseen is always a little nerve racking but I knew Big Mike would take care of me. After 500 miles in the air, Ryan from City Wide picked me up at the airport to transport me to the dealership. Ryan was awesome and very friendly. Really a great guy to pass the trip time. I get in and Big Mike greets me. After test drive, found a few unforeseen issues that just comes with used cars. That is the thing that people need to remember, these are used cars. There is a reason they are $20k instead of the MSRP of $60k. So, Big Mike and I discussed some options. Ended up they had another newer and less mileage truck that had all the features I wanted. Big Mike and his team really put in work to get the deal done so we were both walking away with smiles and a good comfortable feeling. Can’t thank you and your team enough! Excellent experience and good to see there are honest, reliable and caring used car dealers out there. City Wide will definitely get my business again when time to upgrade or get another vehicle.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I've owned my 200 almost 2 yrs and have'nt had any problems so far. I love this car, handles great and the interior design is so sporty looking. I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. I gave $10K for this 2015 Chrysler 200 I am very happy with this car and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a great car.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Be sure to check over every inch of the vehicle's engine and body, and make sure ALL the gadgets work before signing any papers. Once the deal is done, Baumann is done with you. If you don't thoroughly examine the vehicle before signing papers, and drive off the lot, and have a problem, it is too bad, so sad for you as you will be on your own. I noticed a 1 3/4 inch X 1/4 wide spot on the edge of the hood that had bubbled up paint. Ask Tony could it be repaired because we had just purchased van. He stated The State of Ohio does not hold dealer responsible after sale is complete. The estimate to fix is $200 for me to pay. I, myself, wondered if they could fix it out of the good will of their heart, but maybe there are state rules on giving out good will, and making the customer happy. Tony did take the time and look at my volume problem on Bluetooth, and fixed that for me. I worked with Michael on the sale and Curtis on the financial end. Both were very cordial. Was very disappointed that van was so dirty, few stains in carpet, and the back gate was packed with dead Mayflies. My Husband cleaned and washed the van, and now it looks like new.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Browsing the internet we found the car we wanted...but was just a bit out of our comfort zone. Taking a stab in the dark we called the dealership to see what the bottom line was that they could take for the vehicle. We told them upfront what we were willing to pay, and what we wanted for our trade. 30 minutes later we got in the car and made the 1 1/2 trip to the dealership. We didn't have to play the # game that many other dealerships play. The only thing I was not impressed with was many repairs had to be made to the vehicle as it had not been serviced yet, which delayed the delivery of the car by some time. I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Traveling from Lewes, DE to Fargo, ND for a family reunion on a very tight timeline a belt in one of our tires failed. We luckily found this wonderful dealership nearby! Ive always wanted a 300c. I ended up getting a 08 pearl blue full time awd 5.7 hemi 300c with black interior as a second weekend car. In 08 they revamped the interior and let me tell you its very nice the black is definitely the best interior color. All the touch points are nice the seats are cushy, nice leather and the quality of the interior is top notch and has a nice bit of retro styling sprinkled into it to which i like. The steering wheel is pretty big as well which i actually like. As far as driving this car is a great cruiser but is also fun to drive it can carve corners. Its a heavy car but its cause the body is sturdy which i like besides the bumpers its made with nice thick sheet metal. The general build quality of the car is great the whole car feels sturdy and quality which i like and its held up perfectly over the years. The styling of the car is great its very american and has that early 2000s modern retro styling which i love. For 2008 and 2009 only they introduced a new pearl blue color which is by far the best color you can get these cars in. Cause its awd it comes with the awd wheels which look nice. Its a 08 model so it comes with the full time Mercedes awd and bigger brakes and some other goodies. It comes with the older pre eagle 5.7 hemi which is the better motor to. It needed and still needs some maintenance and repairs. as far as repairs go this car is a bit of a bear to work on but its doable. Had some electrical gremlins i had to fix but its a chrysler so what do you expect. Dont like multi displacement system the 5.7 has but im currently rebuilding the motor so mds will be gone when im done. Another issue is the stock exhaust manifolds on the 5.7 suck and they have issues with cracking or warping causing an exhaust manifold leak.(this can be fixed permanently by installing osme aftermarket manifolds though) Very cool cars that i think should be saved. Maybe a Future classic? They say dont meet your heros but this car outdid my expectations in every way truly a brilliant car and i plan to keep it for a long long time.

I own a 2016 Chrysler 200C AWD with "Tech Package" (forward collision warning saved me from hitting back end of pickup Truck). Has Panoramic Sunroof. I bought car for my Wife but I enjoy driving Car to, has lot of Power from 3.6 liter V-6 engine, All Wheel Drive is awesome. reliable is great.
