My husband and I visited Hyundai of Lincolnwood to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for our growing family. From beginning to end, the experience overall was wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Ron M. He kept us up-to-speed every step of the way, which made the long wait time (expected when buying) a whole lot less unpleasant. The only con was going on a Saturday. I've also never been on a solo test drive, but it was a refreshing experience. It made it a lot easier to feel the car out before committing to buy. I appreciated the no-pressure approach.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

This Special Order, Chrysler 300 Platinum Edition, V8 AWD, Harmon Kardon, Tow Package, Every possible option now with 27k miles is no doubt the Very Best Automobile in my current collection and probably this best vehicle I have ever owned; it rivals the 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham (440 V8 4 Barrell) in Luxury, Comfort, Reliability and Performance. This Automobile is a Keeper!!! I get so many compliments on it at all times. It handles and performs as well as the 2 Audi A8 but is extremely reliable. It has only been to Dealership Serivce for Scheduled Maintenance only.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.

Visited Raymond Chevrolet on 10/10/25 after texting with Blake. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Drew and he seemed to immediately know exactly why I was there. Pulled the car around that I wanted to look at and off we went on a test drive. Drew had more of a consultative approach rather than a high pressure approach which was definitely appreciated. The car drove great, yet my hopes weren’t high due to the fact that I have bad credit because of some stupid mistakes I made when I was young and haven’t spent the time/effort to repair yet. After a quick discussion with Drew upon our arrival back at the dealership, Jerry, the Used Car General Manager, came over to sit with me and he answered every single question I had written down (and there were around 15 of them!). At this point, they already knew my credit situation since I made them aware pretty early on. Instead of just going through the motions, EVERY single employee at Raymond Chevrolet took the time to make sure my questions were answered and ensure I had a great experience and I never felt less than or judged because of my credit situation. After Jerry answered all my questions, I wanted the car! I had previously been denied for an auto loan through a local credit union (even with offering a higher down payment than I did at the dealership). It didn’t take long at all and after a very short wait Jerry came over and approached me with his thumbs up, “we got you approved.” I was literally shocked….Sure, I didn’t get the best interest rate possible, but with my credit, simply getting an approval at all was amazing. At this time it was around 9:30 PM and the dealership closes at 9:00 PM. If there was an employee that was needed to make this happen for me that night, they hung tight and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Janelle, the Customer Experience Manager. Janelle walked me through some very important Tesla specific topics and was very patient with me. The entire time I felt like I was being HELPED, not SOLD. Any “add-ons” were throughly explained and literally each one made sense with my situation (kids, first time Tesla owner, Chicago winters, etc.)… They offered me what I really needed, not just what they could make extra money on. Janelle made sure that I was clear on everything and then I wrapped up the process with the Sales Manager Cooper. Cooper made the signing process extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to get done, got done that night regardless of the time or any obstacles we encountered. At this point, I was extremely happy with my experience & it was time to head out at which time Jerry (manager) and Drew (sales person) escorted me from Antioch to Pleasant Prairie just so that I could take the vehicle home THAT NIGHT. Keep in mind, by the time we arrived in Pleasant Prairie, WI, it was at least 1:30 AM. My plan was to check out a vehicle so that I could then go look for a co-signor because I didn’t think I stood a chance of getting an approval; however, the folks at Raymond Chevrolet made it possible for me to make ONE trip to the dealership, purchase the vehicle ai wanted AND take it home that same day… All while going above an beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and having a great experience which I 100% did. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOUR CREDIT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, I URGE YOU TO VISIT MY NEW FRIENDS AT RAYMOND CHEVROLET AND JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO WHAT MANY PLACES JUST AREN’T ABLE TO - ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS (non-judgement environment, friendly and extremely helpful staff and even the ability to obtain an approval for financing for someone with POOR credit). Every aspect of the experience was on point and I highly recommend visiting Raymond Chevrolet if you’re in the market for a new vehicle and you want to avoid the high pressure sales tactics that we see too often at dealerships! I bought this car used In July of 2019 and the family and I absolutely love this car. I wanted a charger but the 300c had way more options and still had the fantastic Hemi engine! I get definitely dont get as good as mpgs as my civic but I have a lot more power and I'm still blown away by all the options this car has from 2011! The reason I give a 4 for perfomance is cause I know it's a luxury car but I still wish it had a sport mode and I wish I had the 8 speed automatic instead of the lazy feeling 5 speed Mercedes trans that's in it now. My wife has a 2016 4 runner which is her dream truck yet she still gets excited to drive the 300c.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

This is the perfect cross between a van and a luxury vehicle. Plenty of room inside for anything you want to do. The engine is so smooth and powerful, you have to watch for creeping on the speedometer. We have owned Chryslers for over 30yrs and this is one of their best.

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

Bought it 6 months ago, put on 7500 miles, now has 159,000. Not one problem, AC gets a bit cranky when above 100 degrees. Only cost two oil changes. Itza keeper. Now looking for a convertible version. Dont be afraid of high miles on these fun cars.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.
