We returned our leased 2015 Jeep and re-leased a new 2018 Jeep. The dealership was very accommodating - met our price parameters, absorbed remaining payments, examined the vehicle for any damages, and took possession for transfer back to Fusion Financial Group.. The lease company came back to us (over nine months later) and demanded over $2k for excessive damages.. Atlantic Jeep-Chrysler (Peter Zorzy - VP Operations/Lianne Dunne - Administrator) came to our defense and in-fact absorbed a negotiated settlement, They were polite, professional and very supportive, They saved the day. Highly recommend Atlantic Jeep . . . suggest NEVER using Fusion Financial Group.. .
I bought a Buick LaCrosse From this dealer about 7 years ago and had it serviced there during that time period. I always found the service staff to be thoroughly professional and, most importantly, communicative. The waiting area is pleasant and I was able to get a ride to work when necessary. While having that Buick serviced, I needed a loaner car and they loaned me a new Envision. I really liked the car and the sales staff gave me a GREAT deal on a lease. This was confirmed by a relative who is in the car leasing business. I continue to have the car serviced at this dealer and I am happy to recommend others there.
I met with Thomas Maiorini after speaking with him on the phone about getting a Wrangler. Thomas helped me pick out which Wrangler fit my needs. I'm unbelievably happy with my new Jeep! I will definitely recommend anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle.

I just bought a 03 Dodge Durango from Auto Empire in Brooklyn, N.Y. from one of the owners Eddie. Eddie took care of me with a good price and completed all the paperwork and had me out of there in no time with keys in hand. Eddie is a very professional business man and I would highly recommend his company if you are looking for a reliable vehicle to take home. I just can't say enough good things about Eddie and Auto Empire!!!!!
I Found MY Mercedes on line called and spoke with Nick . He explained to me in detail about the car and sent me additional pics. I was coming from NJ and i didn't want to waste the trip. My credit was not the greatest . Nick told me that he can get almost anyone approved to just come down with the info that he asked me for. I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.
