From the moment I contacted this dealership, Allen was especially attentive and was very thorough every step of the way. He gave me his undivided attention and explained every scenario before I purchased. Very transparent transaction. Went through all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable.
I went into Shuman Chrysler not knowing if we could make a deal or not, but thankfully we did. Tim Dalsasso was very helpful, he was patient as I asked the same questions over and over. It is one thing to read a lot and know technically know the trims and differences. It is another experiencing them. I can't say enough good things about Tim. They are not high pressure sales reps, they are non-commissioned sales reps that are really there to help. For me, I was buying a Pacifica the last day of the month in November. Trying to buy a car on the last day month sales could normally make a sales rep bring on a lot of pressure to meet a quota, especially in the last months of the year. But Tim could have not been any more laid back, patient, and informative. It was also nice having a nice chat with Chris Brough, the general sales manager and Allen Myers, another sales rep. I will definitely recommend friends, co-workers, and family members to buy from Tim. I appreciate the culture at Shuman Chrysler and I will be back in the future.
Chris Graham was great in the service department. I brought my Jeep in and he got to the repair promptly and with a smile. My car was repaired within a few hours after tests were run. I came back in and out, simple and easy.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! They’re an hour and half away from my home, but the trip was well worth it. They gave me a great deal, made the process very easy and simple. Since we had gotten there late in the day we had to do the paperwork the next day but they got everything taken care of and kept me in the loop on all of it. Then they brought my new vehicle to me with all my paperwork so that I wouldn’t have to make the drive over there again. Very nice experience and took so much less time than I’ve dealt with in the past when buying other vehicles.
Ended up not buying the car, but only because my son didn't like the color.
Pleased with seller that let us go test drive on highway and offered us to have car inspected at our mechanic.
I will be coming back here in the future for sure.
