Went in today for a check up on my battery , which was purchased in 2019 from this service center. Check was performed and as I suspected it was not performing up to par. Was replaced and used what was left of the warranty , also let me know my cabin filter was dirty and has not been changed for 2 years. As I have all my serviced performed here at the Venice Honda Dealer, ever since I purchase it there , they keep records of service performed and I feel I can trust the mechanics. As for me they are Great .

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I just leased a 2025 Ford Lightning and wanted to share how amazing Ricardo was! From the moment I walked in, he made everything so easy and actually fun. I think 2011 through 2014 is the same body style my car is a 2013 I absolutely love it it's never let me down I have $405,000 miles on it it has the four-cylinder which this editor found short of horsepower but I have plenty of horsepower I think to get up and go is superb with my 4 cylinder 2.4 and 6-speed automatic transmission I have topped the car out and it will go as fast as speedometer says and I enjoy the gas mileage of between 31 and 42 miles a gallon, the only thing I will say is this body style does not throw enough Heat on the passenger side so if you have kids or passengers this is not the care for you my car is a work car I drive back for it to work or anywhere else but I do not drive passengers in it in the winter I would recommend a 12-volt heater for the passenger side in the winter because of the design

I have had both the coupe as well as the roadster. Both are great for different reasons, my 1st was a 2004 Alabaster coupe with the cedar and dark slate interior. I wanted the roadster and got a stunning 05 Aero blue pearl coat, it was great too. 👍 Both cars handled very well and were gorgious. I can reccomend either. But I loved the 04 better and I kick myself for trading it. Buy one and enjoy every moment. It is all Mercedes-Benz all the parts and everything except the body is Mercedes. All built in Germany at the Karman factory. German technology at its best.

I bought a used 2005 chrysler pt cruiser a few years ago. My wife found in in Trenton , NJ. It was a one owner with just over 30,000 miles on it. We only drove it a few blocks, tried the convertible top and was sold on it. I had a small accident a few years ago but it was fixed fantastic like new. I love my car everything works like new and always getting some compliants Inferno Red Black Top Will never sell it!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

My wife and I had another outstanding experience recently while buying a certified E400. Alfredo who is our sales consultant was very profesional throughout the entire process. I bought a used 2006 Chrysler 300C (V8 Hemi) with 144,000 miles on it for $8500. Outside of regular maintenance (tires and oil), I have replaced water pump, alternator, coolant reservoir (cracked), radiator, and all suspension over the 6.5 years i have owned it. I see a few people saying they had nothing but problem after problem with the car, I have not had that experience. The suspension was the most expensive part, but the suspension i had on the car was original so needed to be replaced. I am currently at 333,500 miles and the car still runs great. I plan on using this as daily driver as long as possible. I even take 3-5 hour drives fairly often. I also drive 1.5 hours per work day to get to and from work. I have probably spent $1200 - $1300 in repairs since me and my brother did the repairs. From a dealer, that would probably be more like $3000 - $4000. This is equivelant to a $12000 ($4k repair from dealer + $8.5k car purchase) dollar car that has lasted me 6.5 years and still working.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I've had the car for over 15 years (202,000 miles). One of the best cars I ever had ! Blown head gasket at (162,500 miles). Had that repaired & still rolling !!!!

My 2008 Touring Sebring is approaching 16 years and it’s been the best. With only 129,000 km, the only repairs have been 2 brake jobs and new tires. It is comfortable and very reliable. The only down side has been the inevitable spots of rust due to the salt placed on our maritime roads in winter. I undercoat yearly and remove rust when I notice it in a body shop. Love this car 💕

I just bought a used 2012. It has all the options offered for that year. I am am very pleased with it. It is lust like new with 140,000 miles. It drives and handles like a brand new car.

My wife and I have bought 3 used cars from Trade Guru and we've had a great experience all 3 times. I've read over all the negative reviews and I can say for sure that those experiences were not ours. Trade Guru's staff was great and the cars we bought were just as good. A few minor repairs (battery, tires) over the first 6 months on 2 of them, but that's to be expected with 10 year old cars and I noticed the tires when I purchased them. I have 265k on this.I bought the lifetime warranty so everything good Replaced ac unit 2 times cost me 100.00 both times. No other major things. Brakes,tires and oil I pay for. Drove 90 hiway miles for work round trip starting when I got the car,new. Bunch of long trips,held up very good,but after about 6 hours seats stopped being comfortable.

Just recently bought this car with only 38000 miles on it. It was a one owner car and very well taken care of. However, I only had this car less than 3 months and already, I had to replace the battery and put in a new alternator and taken care of 2 recalls on it. It has been in the shop more than I have had it at home. Did I buy a lemon? Who knows? However, I want my Honda Accord back.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

After another trip to NJ & back time for oil change, tire check and general checkup. Needed windshield wiper inserts, tire rotation, etc. Service completed in an hour, no surprises and fair price. Ready for another trip North for Christmas. Accord Hybrid has been great as is the Venice Honda team.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

Good on gas, nice ride, comfortable. Only issue was a very slight oil leak. Car has less then 50k on it so many miles left. As with any car, it needs to be maintained properly. for as cheap as these are to pick up, there a great deal.

Fast friendly service. I had a minor issue that needed to be addressed while I was visiting from out or state. The shuttle driver Laurie H was very quick and made me feel at ease having my car serviced. Especially since I am unfamiliar with the area.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)
