Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.
Yesterday I picked up my 3rd used car from the Audi Connection in Cincinnati, Ohio and I don't live in that state. Four years ago I had a little extra time before a sales call and I stopped in the Audi Connection dealership and gave Greg Meyer an opportunity to tell me about Audi quality engineering. I invested in an Audi after that conversation with Greg and I went back two subsequent times and bought cars. I was treated very well by everyone in the dealship that first day I went into the dealership, and that level of appreciation and respect continues every time I go back. I'm glad I gave Greg Meyer the chance to tell me about Audi's in depth quality assembly process which translates into trouble free driver experience. In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. Not one trouble warning light, not one misfire, not one manufacturing oversight just simply exceeded driving expectations. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. Thanks to Butch, Greg, and Gib a professional team that supports a great product with strong knowledgeable service.

However, when I indicated I was in the market for a new model coming out soon, and flagged my interest to a sales person on the floor , I would have expected him to follow through on the sales lead..
Several months later, flagged my interest to another sales person.. Again no follow up..
Clearly , this dealer is selling well thanks to the great line up of Audi vehicles .. However, it' has made the sales people of this dealer fairly complacent..

I purchased a used vehicle at Joseph and it was the best car purchasing experience I can remember. I got a great deal and a great warranty at no cost with the purchase.
I was travelling to Cincinnati on business and I contacted the dealer about a car in their used inventory. They were prompt in a return contact, kept the vehicle reserved for me until I arrived some hours later, and gave me great attention during the test driving phase of the experience. I had limited time and they were VERY good about making quick work of negotiating a fair price, getting my paperwork done, and getting me out of the door in my new car. From top to bottom, everyone worked hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the sales manager and sales person even helped get the car detailed before I drove it off the lot. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. This is a dealership with people willing to go the extra mile!

I just wanted to say thanks for such a great experience I had in purchasing my 4th vehicle from Porsche/Volvo of the Village. My salesman Kenny Cunningham is the best! I trade in-and-out of cars frequently, and I was looking to purchase a 718 Cayman. He went out of his way to get me the perfect car from a dealer several hundred miles away. He also gave me the strongest trade-in number for my C7 Grand Sport. I am over-the-top happy with the new car and will only buy from this dealer and specifically Kenny in the future. My next car will be a 911 base or a 718 Boxster GTS, and I’m hoping I can hold onto my recent purchase for a while...not sure that’s going to happen.

Chuck Cantor is great to work with! They did a nice job on our seats. I noticed the seatbelt was twisted on my way out of the parking lot. Chuck apologized, got the car right back into service and had us on the road in about 10 minutes with the problem fixed. I just wish they were closer. I was a little scatterbrained that day and Chuck was very gracious.
Micheal in the service department always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. The communication on how long my service will take is exceptional. If I'm not there in the waiting room, I get phone calls updating me on the progress. The last time I was there the service took long than expected, so they delivered my car to my house. What! It was wonderful! I'm a busy mom of three. That act of kindness made my day and a loyal customer. I'm on my fourth volvo. They are great people
