We dealt with T.j. for the majority of the process of our car purchase. We came in wanting a used altima and found a great selection. Had everything from older ones to newer ones no options to full of options. Ran payments on a few cars. got me a much lower interest rate than other places. He seemed to really care about not only me but my family! I look forward to buying mulitple cars from him!
The guys in the service department are WONDERFUL and very knowledgeable. They put my mind at ease. They were able to meet my needs and put my mind to ease about body work that was just completed. Great Team!

Purchased a 2007 Saturn Outlook, Matt was our salesman. Very friendly, not overbearing, told us of the qualities of the vehicle and let us look at our own pace. Test drove and was very happy but the car was on empty and the gas light was on. Matt said he'd take care of it. He had $20 dollars put in which filled the car halfway(Which is very generous compared to past buying experiences elsewhere......$5.00 or just enough to get you to the gas station up the street) He worked quickly to get the loan started, I didn't like that there was no wiggle room in the price, but honestly we were still getting the car at a reasonable deal so I can't complain, didn't hurt to try though! The whole process from arrival to leaving with the car took no more than an hour and a half tops.....if that. They worked very quickly and we are very happy with the car and the experience. I will be sure to recommend Busam Nissan and Matt to anyone looking for a quality used or new car Jonathan and Tammy Risen - Colerain, Ohio.
We purchased a 1998 Maxima 15 years ago from Busam Nissan. This weekend we purchased a 2013 Altima from Busam. In the 15 year period between these purchases, nothing has changed. Great service, good deals, personal attention and a truly wonderful car buying experience. Thea and I were discussing our experience with Busam Nissan this morning saying that the experience was so comfortable that if for some reason we found out that we could have purchased the Altima and saved more money elsewhere it would make no difference. Everybody looks for different things while purchasing a car. My biggest pet peeve about most dealerships is they want you to buy TODAY. Dean Stathes answered my questions and most importantly didn't pressure me for a sale. I did my homework and now I'm the owner of a sassy, seaside blue, convertible 230i and I'm thrilled.

Chuck Cantor is great to work with! They did a nice job on our seats. I noticed the seatbelt was twisted on my way out of the parking lot. Chuck apologized, got the car right back into service and had us on the road in about 10 minutes with the problem fixed. I just wish they were closer. I was a little scatterbrained that day and Chuck was very gracious.

I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.
I bought my car from Frank Winstel. He is the best! He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. After we reached the agreement, he helped us to get everything ready including the car insurance, so we just drove there and pickuped the car. We are very happy for the service!!! This is only the second time I purchased a car at a dealership, last time was over 40 years ago. I highly recommend if you buy a car see Jeremy. He is knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed by time at Mercedes Benz of Northern KY. He and the staff are great, upfront and most important to me, not pushy. Fantastic experience.
