It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I bought the 2017 Mustang online, something I said I would never do. I was afraid the turbo charged 4 cylinder engine wouldn’t have enough power for me. I never drove one before. I couldn’t be happier. I get the fuel economy of a 4 cylinder engine with all the power I could ask for!! I love it!!

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

They offer mostly European vehicle that are great in shape and function. I found this dealer just on my way from CA to Seattle after not satisfying with CA dealership behavior. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

The car I wanted sold 15 minutes before I got there. However this dealership went above and beyond. They had two other similar cars pulled out and waiting for me when I arrived. They also called me when another couple started to look at the car I had made an appointment to test drive, giving me the opportunity to save myself the drive. The staff was very helpful and professional. If they hadn't sold the one I wanted, I would have enjoyed giving them my business. Everything was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable.

I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.

Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. I’ve had my Camaro for almost 2 years. I bought it at a very high mileage (80,000) for 17k…2017 1LT Turbo… I was very scared and nervous in the beginning but being 22 with average income & average credit, this is what they could loan me for a sports car. I took the risk & I don’t regret my buy at all. I’ve learned my car and what she needs. I take care of her and she takes care of me. Little to no maintenance. She’s extremely reliable. The beginning of this year I had to replace the thermostat $700 but that was it. I’ve driven it from California to Chicago there and back no issues. I have 110,000 miles now and she’s a BEAST. Can’t wait till I can purchase a brand new one!!! Chevy did their big one!

I test drove this vehicle and it drove so smoothly, felt so comfortable, and i was amazed at the price. It had interior features that one expects from Lexus, and more importantly, it has a number of safety features that have prevented bumps and accidents. I cannot say enough good things about this car.

I have been very happy with the staff at Lum's. They are exceedingly polite, helpful, and I believe honest. They have gone way beyond to be helpful. I always felt Larsen's service department were trying to up sale on service. Lum's doesn't do that. So far I am very happy with this dealership and don't hesitate to recommend them.
