Wanted this truck since my dad bought one. Great quality, very comfortable ride. 327 engine is slightly less impressive than the 350 engines in the older silverados. Notice a grab in the transmission when letting off and reapplying the accelerator, but mechanics say its the nature of that model. Otherwise very satisfied.
This is the first truck i have ever owned and it is a great all around truck. It is very reliable and has never left me stranded. although it is not a 4x4 the towing is still excellent. Ram did a great job with this one.
The sales experience with Shiv Adhikari of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Grand Forks was awesome that we don’t even go anywhere else when we're in the market for a new vehicle. He has good customer service and he made us feel valued as returning customers. My wife and I felt like he went out of his way to make sure we get the vehicle that we were looking for. The all wheel drive along with its driveability options makes this a well rounded vehicle. Proven with the latest winter storm! Rides high like a SUV should but isn't top heavy! This is my first Toyota bought for my wife and it has me shopping for myself.
My wife and I had a great experience at Lithia Chrysler of Grand Forks. We went in to look at a vehicle and left driving it. We were shown hospitality with our two children as we discussed options with our salesperson. The staff was willing to work with us for whatever we needed and allowed us to make a great choice and purchase for our family.

I came to Lithia for a recall and an issue with my blind spot monitors while I was in Grand Forks visiting my daughter. I was treated very well and got the work done very professionally. Even a rear license plate lightbulb that was broken during the process was replaced without a hassle! I would definitely go there again and recommend them to my relatives there as well. this suv met all my needs: spacious with lots of room for luggage and camping/traveling, rides very smooth, almost feels like your riding in a boat, fully-loaded and pleasing to the eye =)
Although on-site customer service and employees are exceptional, the online scheduling system is inefficient. The online scheduling system asks for a vehicle VIN and other details but the information does not pass on to the on-site service department. Thus the service department is clueless until a customer physically shows up for the work to be done. Leaving phone messages results in no call-backs. From talking with three other customers, I learned the experience is common. My recommendation is to either fix the online scheduling platform and call center Lithia is paying for or dump it.

On the positive side, love the engine and transmission. Tuned exhaust is just right - a low growl but not obnoxious. Seat comfor is so- so, especially after a couple of hours behind the wheel. Entertainment system is a big disappointment? especially since this is a Limited edition. Sound quality is average and the Entune system should be dropped immediately in favor of Apple and Google offerings. Toyota is a little slow incorporating technology- not sure why. Still, I bought this truck for its above average reliability history and hope to have it for a long time.
Bought a jeep from the dealer with the lifetime oil change option and love it!
Very poor build quality

I have owned a used 2012 Juke 1.5dsl for 18 months. The cars build quality is poor all round. The upholstery is particularly bad, the drivers seat showing more wear than my wife's 2006 ford fiesta. The alloy wheel finish is poor showing signs of corrosion in the wheel nut recesses. The car drives very well and has a good torque, looks good, but finish is a let down.
Great customer service by the service and parts employees!

Own 2014 Silverado and I love it but I've had alot of problems ..no matter how many times I bring it to the dealership they can't find the issues... running out of warranty and problems still not fixed..
