I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!
I havent had the most enjoyable car buying experiences in the past. With that said, I purchased a 2019 Traverse High Country from salesman Ed Silver. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience, the price seemed fair and to our surprise, the offered an actual very fair price for our trade in. Ed was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont think we will be in the market for a car anytime soon, but whenever we are, I would definitely consider going back to Bachman Chevrolet and see Ed for future needs. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
After experiencing more than one headache with other dealerships, we happened upon C&L and cannot be happier with our experience. I HATE shopping for a car but the folks at Craig and Landreth made it simple, fast and without the feeling you're being hustled. Whew, what a nice change from what I'm used to at all the other dealerships I've been to. I'll definitely be back.
