Let me put in a good word for FEENY Chrysler in Midland. I worked with Rich Jacklin who was attentive and very accommodating. Rich presented me with a few options to meet our request, and we left with a new Pacifica. As a customer of FEENY for many years, I am happy to say I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
I never imagined going to a dealership that was as far away as they were from home, but I'm glad I did. I absolutely loved every minute I spent at their showroom. The salespeople were awesome. They made me feel like they cared about me, not so much the sale. I was very happy with Jason Wiles. He didn't mind helping us out and just being there as a person, not as a salesman. He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. He took what has always been a horrible experience for me and made my shopping experience one I actually enjoyed. I will definitely be back to them whenever the need for a car arises again. Definite 5 stars for this dealership!

If you are looking to buy new or used then look no further. These guys were great. (A little long but hear me out) My wife and I were looking for a specific car and it turned out they had exactly what we were wanted. We found the same car at other dealers and got the run around from all of them. Three different dealers sold the cars out from under us. Had another dealership add some ridiculous fees I had never heard of and then finally we called Feeny. Got on the phone with Nolan LaCrosse and told him about all the other experiences that we had and he assured us that we had nothing to worry about. Everything went perfect we got down there drove the car and loved it. Paperwork was quick and painless they handled everything with our bank and away we went. Couldn't have been happier. Here is the part that separates them from the rest. A couple days later something went wrong with the car it was just not running right. So I called Nolan and he told me to hang tight and he would get back to me. Come to find out it was his day off and he had gone in to work to notify his manager Mike Beck of what was going on. They put us in a loaner and fixed the car. You won't find that kind of service these days.
Our van, that we bought 9 years ago from this dealer, was hit. We had our van towed to the body shop. We worked with Mel Krueger. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our van. The damage was more than the worth. Mel helped us out, we had to clean out the vichele, it was an emotional let go. Mel was considerate and more than helpful. We would highly recommend this body shop. Their employees were so knowledgable.
