I first purchased a used vehicle from Jason at Benchmark in July 2016. Jason was mindful of our time and he lets us explore the vehicles with absolutely no pressure. The paperwork was easy with no garbage clause like the spot delivery scams some dealerships use. At that time we did look over the Rams but, while impressed, we were not ready to covert from Silveradoes. Then the new 2019's came out. We went t5o Benchmark first but Jason was not there so we jsut browsed but they did not have what we were looking for that day. We visited every dealership from Meridian MS to Anniston, Al and up into Tennessee and down to Montgomery looking for that special one. Most dealerships I was not impressed with. We are old school and like to see what we are buying. Most of the sales people knew nothing they had on their lot. They didn't even know what came on the Ram Rebels - I was told that you could not get 4 corner air suspension or Panoramic Sunroof on the Rebels. I honestly can not remember any of their names because they simply did not make a lasting impression. We decided again to visit Benchmark and asked for Jason - I remembered his name because he was one of the few that seemed to always know what was going on and made that lasting impression. He came out, seemed happy to see us and was able to answer our way too many questions. He did not have to go and look up what was on the lot because he knew what they had. He pointed me right to my new Ram with the suspension, e torque and sunroof I wanted. Simple when a salesperson knows they product. AND he got us to purchase our first RAM! Goodbye Silverado... Again, negotiation was fast with paperwork a breeze. And we were in and out in record time. Benchmark and Jason are a winning combination...
I recently was in the market for a Ram truck, after a short conversation about what I wanted, the salesman and general manager found me exactly what I was asking for and gave me the best deal I could find in the tri-state area. They were upfront and honest about the offer and didn't try to stretch my budget. I was super happy and will purchase all future cars/trucks through this dealership. Great experience, Al was Great! I have financed twice before with other dealerships and its the typical spending hours to discuss, finalize & drive away with a car.. Branhaven was the opposite! Super helpful in discussing what my best options were, the whole process was smooth and quick! Picked up my car and signed all my paperwork in just about an hour, they were very understanding that i had a not so helpful schedule. Love my new Jeep Compass!
I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
Even though the vehicle I was interested in was purchased by someone else, the dealer was courteous and decent enough to call me ahead of time before I took the 2 hr drive up to see it to inform of another buyer. Alot of people don't do that and I appreciated him calling. Thanks.
Stanley of Brownfield had posted an ad in the Hobbs News Sun. I saw a vehicle in the ad I was interested in and called. I spoke to Steve Adcock. He located the vehicle I was asking about and said it was in Waco but he could get it here for us. We ya handled basically everything over the phone. Very curtious and very professional. Our salesmen Brian and Finance manager Steve did an amazing job getting us into a brand new vehicle when someone else would even give us the time of day. They didn't push or make us feel like we had to buy and just wanted us to be happy. They got us exactly what we needed and couldn't have done a better job. I did a lot of research prior to deciding on a Jeep and Carl Burger was best dealership. I drove up and I was greeted by Mary and it was a smooth transition from there. I told her exactly what I wanted and she wasted no time in making it happen. Side Note: I brought my 2 kids and the team was so great to them (offering them snacks/water) they have a tv section and a small kids play area. I had a wonderful experience and will be sure to recommend Mary Roberts any chance I get.
Mary was very helpful in guiding us in finding the right vehicle for us at a great price. We considered a lot of vehicles and she was patient while we explored the many options. Christian made sure wwe got the deal we were looking for. Everyone who worked with us was professional and courteous and we were in and out quickly.
Roberto took good care of us from our online introduction through the finalization of the sale of our new Sorento. He was very knowledgeable of the products/vehicles and helped us make the right buying decision.
