Through the process of searching for a vehicle, I had become very disheartened and disappointed in the experience. That is, until I met Joe from DeCozen Jeep Dodge. He was respectful of my time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took an experience that I had started to dislike more than the dentist and made it fun and pleasant.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.
11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. My purchase turned out to be a very smooth experience. I can only hope that all car salespersons will one day follow his lead. Vic
Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic, R Title. Buying process wasn't so bad however I did notice that some things were missing from the car (skid plate, valve stem covers, mileage was a bit off from what the title stated (not much), only thing that was a negative basically was that I picked up the car and the gas tank was empty. Didn't get the title in hand right away either.
I am so delighted with this dealership! They answer any of your questions, show you everything you should know about a certain car and you can be 100% sure it wasn't ever burnt in a fire or dumped in a lake!

My family has a true love for this dealership and the jeep product. The last new addition was the 2018 compass. Absolutely fantastic vehicle in the Rhino color. ( giving my grand Cherokee some real competition) the features on this compass just wow me. Couldn't be possible without Joe Smith and the manager Michael. Worth anyone's time to go in and buy a vehicle close to home.
I came here for a car and got more than that. Great guys here, I worked with a guy named Andrew and he's a great guy. It was a personal experience and I enjoyed it very much. It was quick and and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
Daylin Ojeda was extremely attentive, helpful and easy to work with! Daylin went over an above to help me find the right car! She didn???t a lot of time with me to find the right fit.
