This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. This is our 3rd Dodge Challenger and we just love it. The new interior design is much improved or the last model. Ours is a base SXT 2 wheel drive. We live in Minnesota and my wife drives it year round with a $900 set of rim's and snow tires. The kids love riding in back. The cars 0 to 60 built in gadge has recorded runs of 5.9 and I averaged 31 mph on the highway. Not sure how many other 5 passenger cars can do this for $25k new.

This car has performance, power and style. The Hemi is pretty good on gas too. It has a very comfortable and smooth ride. I enjoy driving my Challenger every day. I would not recommend buying a V6. Go for the Hemi and enjoy the Challenger, you can thank me later.

I totalled my car in a serious accident and after getting out of the hospital and recouperating I utilized my USAA service and looked at 100's of cars and spoke to a great number of dealerships and was disappointed with many in the industry. I initially spoke to Frank who cinnected me with Joe and I felt comfortable enough to hire an UBER and travel from Brooklyn NY to Route 23 Kia and purchase a car the same day and leased one a month later! Joe was informative and handled the deal and sold me with a concession, Sal took care of the financing and gave me a better rate which made me finance my vehicle with Route 23! A month later aI had second thoughts about my choice as I was in a rush to pick up a vehicle and called Joe who introduced me to Harry who immediately said, "when you get your title come in and will take care of yoy"! I recieved my title, came in hemeet with me and my 2 kids and grabbed Joe who talked about his Optima and the benefits of leasing and my daughter lived the Ford Fusion so I leased the Optima! Joe turned me iver to Fernando in finance who made sure everthing was explained and followed up days later. The $200 I initally paid for my UBER was well worth it! My Challenger Scat Pack was beautiful to look at, drive and listen to. But the build quality was very disappointing, especially for the price. At only 5,000 miles the car started developing all sorts of squeaks, chirps and rattles that drove me nuts. The dealer tried getting rid of them under warranty. But it is a time-consuming and thankless process. The noises would invariably reappear after a few weeks. Tired and disappointed sold the car with only 7,500 miles to let someone else deal with it.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. We were in the market for a mid-size SUV like Consumer Reports favorite Kia Sorento. We were referred to Global through the Costco Auto Program (highly recommended). I came in and hooked up with Mike Wyatt and had a nice talk about models and options. Fortunately, the Costco program eliminates the negotiating part of car buying, so I could focus on getting the exact right vehicle. Mike V, Kia sales manager was very helpful in walking me through the financial details of the first vehicle I planned to get. Several things impressed me with Global. First, Mike W. was just the right balance of laid back regular person and salesman. Second, I was considering buying the vehicle without my girl having sat in or driven it--a $500 rebate offer was about to expire. Their General Sales Manager, Mike, told me he'd prefer not to make that sale until she could come in and check out the vehicle and he would make good on the rebate amount. Third, their business manager, Brad, zipped me right though the closing process with no pressure to buy the "extras" most dealers push hard to sell. Because of some of the features we each wanted, we ended up buying a much higher trim level than we started discussing. It was considerably more money but still a very fair deal. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and this was one of the better experiences I've had. Two final thoughts: 1) Their "Doc" fee of $400 is on the high end of dealers in this area; many are $300; 2) All of their vehicles are "packed" with their Global Advantage Package for about $2600. There's no real value in that package (except to Global); I told them I didn't want it and they removed it. Also, they put a $300 window etching package on every vehicle; you might be able to negotiate on that. You might save some on your insurance by having it but you'd have to see if it's worth it.

I had originally gone to Rockland Chrysler looking to lease a 2018 Pacifica to replace my Toyota Sienna. I made it clear that I had a trade in and I was firm with the amount that I wanted for the trade in which I believe was very fair. I dealt with 4 different people calling me from Rockland and they said they could not meet my trade in request. A few days later I got a call asking me if they met my number would I make a deal and I replied "yes". He said he would check with his boss and get back to me. I had airbag recall notice and I stopped at Dealership to make an appointment JC was the Service Advisor with whom I made the appointment for the day I wished to make the appointment. A loaner vehicle was reserved for the appointment day. I arrived at 7:50 am for my 8am appointment. I completed the paperwork with Joan Murphy and I was driving away from the Dealership at 8:05am. I received a call @ 2pm indicating my service was complete. I returned to the Dealership by 4pm and I drove my vehicle away by 4:07. The process was seamless, efficient, and courteous. The only complaint I will express has to do with fuel in the loaner vehicle. I was advised that the tank was FULL when I was given the vehicle. I checked the fuel gauge when I got into the car and the needle showed just below Full. I assumed the needle was not 100% spot on. When I filled the tank up just prior to returning the vehicle, it took just over 4 gallons of gas, $8 plus dollars. The needle registered PAST the FULL indicator. I drove less than 45 miles that day. Apparently the tank WAS NOT full when I was given the loaner. All in all, I am VERY satisfied with the service I received from Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

This was my first purchase from Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River, and my fourth Audi vehicle. It did not disappoint! I purchased a new 2018 Audi Q7. I worked with both Will Giarusso and Matt Siderio, who were both tremendously professional, polite, and attentive. Will went above and beyond ??? locating the specific vehicle, delivering the vehicle to me, staying after hours, etc. Overall, a positive and first-rate experience!

I am in love with this car, only disappointment is the rev limiter. Shifting gears when heavy in the pedal hits rev limiter to quick and the car falls on its face. Must shift before 5900

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Hugo our salesman and manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us trying to find us a SUV that met our specifications. Unfortunately we were $500 apart which was a shame because we were ready to buy the car right there. Surprised they let us walk but would still recommend Hugo.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
Gas saver and fast

I have a 2014 challenger Sxt plus 100th anniversary edition. If you want a car that can do both save you gas and be fast, this challenger is for you. It is a v6 and also has a sports option. It is very comfortable and spacious inside. The trunk space is huge! The seats in the back fold down for even more room in the trunk! It’s just a beautiful car overall. I get compliments everywhere I go, especially from those who are older and those are the ones who seem to know more about cars especially all American muscle. It’s not good in the winter time, which I don’t drive mine much in the winter anyways to save miles and keep it in good condition. I’d suggest buying winter tires and placing a couple sand bags in the trunk for weight in the back so you are sliding all over the place or purchase a second vehicle.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.
Very reliable just not in the snow. Best car ever

I personally love the car I wish i didn’t have to get rid of it but I need a truck for work. Overall a great car. It has a lot of power and rides very smooth.
